Mike was the first to call (something you don't get much with internet these days) and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. After I sent him pictures of the issue he relayed the plan and set a time to come out and get it done. From the first phone call to getting the job done and following up to be sure I was happy with it, it was a great overall experience. Thank you Mike for helping us out!

I would definitely recommend Riteway Concrete to others. Mike promptly responded to my inquire (within an hour of my request) and got the job done two business days later. After having been put off by two other concrete companies, it was a pleasure doing business with someone who put our needs first. Building a house and serving as our own General Contractor makes it hard to get subcontractors to respond when needed. This was NOT our experience with Riteway. They were professional, courteous and did excellent work. Mike is a hard worker who truly wants to please his customers.

I had a relatively easy project pouring a slab with a foundation, where I completely prepared the site for the contractor. Thinking, what could go wrong with a simple pour, I went with the low bidder, Riteway Concrete. My contract included rebar throughout the slab to be poured. After reminding Mike multiple times, he still never provided or included the rebar. I request 4500 lb. concrete, which was included in the contract. He ordered 4000 lb., which I only found out by asking the driver what he brought. The forms were not completely level or square. Leaves were falling during the pour, though when they used the bull float, they just pushed them into the concrete instead of removing them. That left holes on the surface for each leaf. The edges where not troweled at all. Finally, when complete, they did not add a curing compound to the fresh pour. There were a number of times that I was told something was to be done, yet it didn't happen or the story changed. They only offer a 1 year warrantee where most contractors offer several years. Now I know why. To their benefit, they were very responsive to emails and questions. I was given a discount for the missing rebar and concrete strength, but only in difference of material cost. I preferred to have it done as asked. If all you need is a sidewalk, these guys are great. If you want something important like a foundation to a building, keep shopping. Now I am crossing my fingers that the slab lasts the duration with my new building on it, as it does not have the strength I asked for.

Mike was great and easy to work with. He completed my costumers job when he said he would and at a great price. I really enjoyed working with him and looking forward to working with him again in the future. I would highly recommend using him if you need any concrete work done.

I first contacted Riteway Concrete just to get an estimate of services to remove an approx 15'x17'x3 concrete patio below our deck. The patio had heaved a few years ago and we needed to remove it. Mike contacted me, was great about cost and time negotiations, and was able to get it taken care of within a few hours. Great work, great price, great customer service. And they took care not to tear up our yard. We'll be getting in touch with him again soon to do some concrete work on our garage. Highly recommended!
