The technician came out and snaked the drain, which clogged again almost immediately. So they sent out an "expert" to diagnose the problem. He said it needed a power flush. We scheduled this flush, but the technician who came out had no idea where or what the problem was and he said it would take $600 to flush the drain, but that the power wash might not work. In the meantime our kitchen sink was completely clogged. Also, this last technician (very nice and polite and professional) asked us questions about our plumbing that we couldn't answer. We got the feeling they would keep working on the problem and charging hundreds of dollars each time with no final solving of the "root" cause problem.

It went just wonderful. I tried several different companies and none of them could come out even though they stated they were 24-7. So we got a hold of this company and the woman answered the phone and she was beyond exceptional and stated that they could have someone to us between 10- and midnight. He showed up at 8pm and took about an hour and fixed everything. We were very impressed with the entire company and experience.
