They did an awful job. Windows were not installed properly. This includes not securing properly as several were sagging causing screens to bow. When I complained they did not take me seriously and in fact told me Paul was their best installer. They did not use any shims on several windows and other windows they over shimmed. Windows were so crooked they hardly latched. When the trim was installed they cut the sheet rock incorrectly causing horrible gaps. With estimates from them dropping a window on our floor and other damages it exceeds $46,000.00. We filed a complaint with the Department of Labor and Industry. The Department of Labor and Industry required an inspection, The Window Store failed inspection from The city of Forest Lake. The Department of Labor then gave us the Window Stores Insurance information. Tyler Gamz of the window store refuses to admit or even discuss the damages and in fact hired an attorney. In September 2022 it will be one year we have endured this. My experience was awful and I have shared pictures and written communications from the window stores employees and attorney with anyone that asks me about windows.

They installed windows and siding for us. Did a good job on the windows. The siding was another story. When installation was supposed to be done, they sent out a single guy at first. He worked for two days and then asked for a day off. He never returned. Then they sent a crew. They completed the siding ok, but left a fair amount of trash. I complained and they sent someone to pick it up. They didn't reinstall the light fixtures and in fact broke one. I complained and they took $150 off my bill. I later discovered that they had lost a piece of the electrical box for my central A/C when they took it off and put it back. Didn't find that out for six months until the weather got warm and my A/C didn't work. Cost $300 to repair. Called the office to see if I could be reimbursed (I paid them over $21,000), and they wouldn't even call me back. They also failed to reattach the step platforms that lead into my porch, so a couple of people almost fell and hurt themselves. It was shoddy work.

Trying to figure out how one review here says almost $9000 for 14 windows and we were quoted $4000 for only 4 windows?

From the initial guys I met with at a remodel fair, to Arvid our consultant, to Jim the measuring guy, to Justin out installer - all were very professional and very easy to work with. Arvid had given us some great ideas and Justin went out of his way to make everything perfect! I could not be happier with the look of my cabinets.

It's a matter of how many windows I'm having done. 14 windows. The guy came straight prepared.

Window Store delivered on all commitments at a price considerably lower than competitors, via leveraging existing cabinet structures and having home owner act as general contractor for some associated requirements such as moving electrical and plumbing hidden in the soffits and separately upgrading lighting and ceiling with the help of other professionals!

They did a very good job. They had a really good salesperson and they were very informative. The installer was very courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The house looks really good and we would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. I didn't expect them to do roofing, so it was a nice surprise. They did a wonderful job keeping me up to date on everything going on, and everyone was really great to work with. I was working from home and the time, and was very appreciative of them being as accommodating as possible and so friendly. They got everything done within the day, and I would highly recommend them.
