Description of Work: When I first contacted Mr. Steele, he wanted $120 a month for 4 months, I said no, he reduced to $100 and I was kind of okay with it and didn't really like the price because I prefer to pay per plow, something like $25 or 30 per plow. After the last snow at the end of February, there was no snow in the month of March, however Mr. Steele wanted another $100 and I didn't like having to pay him when there was no snow that whole month. That is why I am not hiring this company to do the snow removal on my driveway this year. I am looking for someone who will charge me at least $25 or 30 per plow and I will pay the first 5 plows upfront, after the final snow, I will pay the rest. I feel that Mr. Steele ripped me off. I am retired on disability, I don't have very much money after paying the mortgage and bills. And he didn't always clear the path in front of my mailbox like I asked him to do when I hired him. I can't shovel the snow by myself and if I'm outside too long, my legs become stiff and hard to move. I also have asthma, the work is too much for me.

Description of Work: Steeleman's has been provding snow removal services for us for the last 2 years. I have no complaints...always do a good job and are punctual. Last year, we paid by snow removal $30/time but this year, that option is not available and we pay by the month. I intend to use Tom again and again.

Description of Work: Using them for lawn care currently. Have also used them this past winter for snow removal. Hired them when my previous snow removal Company was not preforming well. Tom was right there to dig me out and has been doing seasonal work for me since. Very pleased with his services.

Description of Work: Spring clean-up and power rake lawn.
