Tom is easy to work with because he listens to what I think I want and offers several suggestions and price options. I recently bought a new home and continue to work with Tom for snow removal, lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, and landscaping. To date, every project Tom has worked on has turned out beautifully. I recommended him to one of my new neighbors and they are also completely satisfied with Tom's work. He always returns my call.

We gave him a budget and an idea of what we wanted done. He provided several choices of plants and tress we had never considered before. Because we knew someone else who used him in the past we told him to go for it and we are so pleased with the outcome. They delivered the product, completed the project in record time and actually worked on the weekend for us to get the garden in before a party. Many guests complemented us on the garden and I don't think we could have found a better landscaper for the personalized service, price and timeliness in our area. Well done!

Hired Steeleman"s to shovel the snow on my driveway and walkways for the months of January and February. Even though there was a lot of snow this year, they were always there and did a good job.

Prompt, even with all the snow we've had this winter. Does a great job cleaning driveway and mailboxes! Price per month is excellent and more than reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

He has not come as of 11/19. I started calling on November 11th to see why he hadn't come yet and to get an estimate on what day he thought he'd make it. I left multiple messages - the first asking when he'd be here and the subsequent ones asking him to please get back to me to confirm that he wouldn't be coming so I could schedule someone else. Not only has he not returned my calls (as of 11/19), but his voice mail has now been full for 3 days, so I have no way of reaching him to let him know I found someone else to take care of the work. I'm not sure if Steeleman was just bothered that we took the lower price option of only having him come once (which HE suggested), but he lost out on a lot of repeat business by bailing on us. At this point, I'm very satisfied with the other company who came with one day's notice and I will be giving them my spring clean up business as well as my weekly care.

I was in need of a RELIABLE company to provide my lawn care services; and unfortunately I had to fire my previous company due to INCONSISTENT mowing schedules!!! I looked at Angie's List, made a list of seven companies that serviced my area, and I found it shocking that of all the calls I made to Angie's list providers, only TWO responded!! He came out the NEXT DAY for a quote and he actually started the next day. Responsive and quick to fulfill your needs for a BEAUTIFUL lawn!!!!!! RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

Whenever Tom does the work he does a very nice job. Whenever the crew does the landscaping they are not as careful. I have been pleased with everyone on the snow removal and tree service. He comes very early to do the snow plowing which is very much appreciated.

Provider did not respond to voice mails.

We were on vacation in Florida for the month but our son was "housesitting" and told us that they were there right after every significant snowfall and cleared the driveway in a professional manner. He did a fine job and our paver driveway survived with no damage whatsoever. We will certainly have him back next year!

Since we are out of state when this snow plowing is done it is difficult to rate but we feel price is very good. Plowing is done promptly. If it snows more than a few inches the guys plow more than once . Plowing is not done unless it snows more than an inch or two (can't rmemeber specific break off point). We will use Steeleman's again.

Weekly service was punctual. Would notify if service would not occur due to rain. Very polite and his team was as well.

We called Steeleman's after reading reviews; we were closing on a home on Feb 19th with forecast of snow and wanted to be sure the path would be clear for furniture delivery the next day. Tom came out that evening and first thing the following morning. We were very impressed with his professionalism & understanding the sense of urgency we felt. His price was reasonable based on other quotes I have heard. He charged per service for February and then a flat rate of $120.00 for March. In fact we have hired him for the spring & summer lawn care as well!

there is no contract., per se. it's all done with verbal agreements. tom has been on time and very courteous to us, and he and his crew do the requested work quickly and without hassles. the snow removal is automatic. I don't have to call to 'remind' anyone of anything. they just show up and do the work. Brilliant!

I had to call to remind them to show up on the date and time as I was having company and wanted the lawn to look good. They arrived in the afternoon versus the morning when they said they would be there. They left some sticks and debris saying they would come back and pick them up. I had to call and insist they come back and get them, which they did. They finished and gave me a bill for more than the estimate saying there was more work then than they thought. I was really upset, but negotiated a medium ground. I was there the whole time and I saw it was a more involved, but they should have alerted me to the fact that the charge would be more. (It was over double the original estimate.) Although the finished product was good, I would not use them again due to the fact I feel like I was taken advantage of by the overcharge without being informed.

Tom does a great job, timely, professional and very dependable. I have used him for over 2 years and continue to use him. He does both my lawn care in the spring and summer and my snow removal in the winter.

The guys got out to us within the week that I called. They did a great job and cleaned up the sidewalks and driveway after mowing. Will be using them on a regular basis.

They did a very good job. They have a big crew and worked very hard. I was happy with their work. It looked nice when they finished. They vacuumed the flower beds. They cleaned up the debris caused by the high winds. They also cut the grass. They were professional, and did not need a lot of direction. I talked to the boss about what they would do that day. He also gave me some suggestions and ideas on how to solve a few problems. We also discussed what I wanted in lawn care for the coming summer.
