It is $20 a month. They signed me up for their program where they do inspections on the furnace twice a year and air conditioner once a year. It is kinda pricey. Every time they are out here, they always want to replace something. I can not tell if it is because my furnace is really old or if it really needs it. I have no level of expertise so I don't know if they are just gouging me or you really need this for prevention of your furnace. I live in Minnesota so I just pay it. They are good, though.

Wonderful! Denise, the initial contact person, was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Chris and Tom, the installation team, were prompt, professional and again, thorough. I was very impressed with everyone from Standard. And they were fast! Less than a week between my first contact, and completion of the installation. The house is two stories, total square footage about 900. The price is before rebates.

It was great. They had a great customer forward communication and interaction for the initial sales and through the installation. They were professional and efficient. They did mark up the wall a little, but they were so good with everything else we were able to look over that issue.

Excellent. Furnace had shut down. Called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Tech was on time, super friendly and knew what he was doing. Tech diagnosed problem and told me how much the repair would cost before he moved forward. He made the repair, put everything back together and ensured everything was working fine before he left.

The technician was prompt, friendly, efficient. Took the time to ask questions and listened carefully to my responses. He answered all of my questions. He was terrific! I have been very impressed with this company. They are courteous, prompt, highly skilled - from the people who work the phones to the individuals that come to the home. They hire male and female technicians, and have a diverse work force.

I'm on a special plan with them. I didn't dislike anything. They were competent, professional and got the job done. My interaction with them was good. The work was very good. They'll be out here for the air conditioning in the summer.
