We moved (back) to Minneapolis this year after living out of state for the past 8 years. We chose Shari because we remembered her as a realtor active in South Minneapolis when we lived here previously. Overall, working with Shari was an excellent experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods and helpful as we navigated the changing MN market while dealing with an unsold home in another state. I highly recommend her!

We haven't yet signed with a realtor. But Shari has been so helpful and professional, once we finish preparing our house, I do think Shari will be our choice.

We had no cost of service involved, as we were only buying a house. She came to our house to talk to us because we have a small child. So, it was easier for us and she was totally willing to do that. Even though she was referred to us by our friend, she didn't assume that we wanted to go with her. She met us and gave us time after we talked about what we wanted to look for. She explained as to how she operated and then she gave us time to think about whether we wanted to go with her or not. There was completely no pressure. So, we were impressed with her and decided to go with her. She knew what we wanted. She was very responsive when we gave her a list of homes we wanted to look at and that was in addition to the home that she thought that we might be interested in. She made appointments within a day. She prepared everything and had things for us to look at. We began looking in May and the process went on really quickly. She was very responsive in talking during the process and pursuing the sellers agents. So, she was really good at making sure that all our questions were answered. She was very low key and very organized. It was a good match for us. If need be, then I would go back to her in the future and would refer people to her.
