+ -1 moreJim and Andy moved our 3500 sqft. office that was packed with 10 filing cabinets, 6 desks and about 200 boxes in record time. Jim and Andy arrived at 8AM and worked non stop (except for one half hour lunch break). They worked from 8 am until 9:30 PM and never charged us extra. We had a lot of office furniture/boxes to move & we were on 2 floor with only a tiny elevator to use. Plus 2 of the desks & some of the boxes had to be carried down a spiral staircase. We've used other moving services to move our company in the past but, these guys could run circles around them. They were the fastest moving company that I've ever seen. Even the pouring rain didn't slow them down. Jim and Andy were polite and very professional and even shrink wrapped our desk so it wouldn't get nicked. Don't worry about their location as they drive all over the Twin Cities and they arrive on time and ready to work. I would definitely hire this company again. Their bid was half that of another company that quoted me and there were no hidden fees. We really got our money's worth. Hire Keith's Moving Service if you want fast, courteous service with very reasonable rates.

+ -1 moreSHOWED UP LATE WITH ONE PERSON AND THEN SPENT AN HOUR TELLING HE WHY HE COULDNT DO THE JOB. HE CHARGED ME FULL RATE FOR TEMP WORKERS WHO COULD ONLY MOVE BOXES AND CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME HE WAS MESSING AROUND TELLING ME WHY HE COULDN?T DO THE JOB. I HAD EXPLAINED THE NATURE OF THE MOVE TO HIM OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED HIM. HE OBVIOUSLY PAID NO ATTENTION. IT WAS LIKE I WAS WORKING WITH A CHILD. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH THE WORK.
