Had service in 2022 and they were OK at best, often late or didn't show up until days after the quote. Would have been my 2nd year with this service but they failed to complete a quote in a timely fashion. Quote requested 3/2/2023 and no response until 3/21/23. Failed to quote for ALL the services that were asked about in the request and then added an additional 20% increase to basic bi-weekly mowing. There are better options out there, shop around.

Description of Work: Mistakes happen. The true mark of quality is how someone responds to a mistake. A portion of our yard was missed when they were aeriating it. When we advised them they promptly came back and finished what they had missed. All the work looked great.

Supposed to core aerate my entire lawn. Except they never called to schedule and just showed up a few days after I purchased the coupon. I had planned on moving our firewood rack (when the work was scheduled) so the crew could get into my back yard. They never called, I never moved the fire wood stand, they wouldn't help my wife move it and they never came back...SO, they only performed 1/2 the job I paid for. If they make this aeration job "right" -- certainly. They seem like a good company that got really busy with and Angie's list coupon and I fell through the cracks. I'm a small business owner and understand how stuff like this can happen...

[member name removed], Sorry for the late response. I just returned from vacation. I am sorry it turned out this way and not sure exactly what happened. But I do think you have a good point. When I offered "The Big Deal" on core aeration thru Angie's List, I did get overwhelmed with business. Good and bad problem to have while trying to manage the existing demands of my business. So I am mailing you a check for $50 which is 1/2 of the price of the aeration. I did learn a valuable lesson and will not be offering "the big deal" on Angie's list again.

First, they said that my lawn was larger (based on my total lot size?) than the 5.000 square foot offer, and said it would take an extra $100. I said OK, but on the day of the scheduled service they sent an email and said that their machine on my lot "wouldn't do it justice",and that I should request a refund.

I was at the location on time and ready to go. I have a large, stand on core aerator. However, Once I looked at the lot, it appeared to be slightly unsafe do to the slope, for the size of my machine. Unless I missed something, or was at the incorrect address, I couldn't see a reasonable and safe access point into the yard. I knocked on the door to talk with the member and got no response. At that point I decided against doing the work and notified the customer via Angie's List email as soon as I returned home. As for the lot size difference, the offer was for 5000 square feet. I was able to determine the lot size based on real estate records. If it is a reasonable difference, there would have been no additional charge. I performed five other aerations the same day, and one Angie's List member was not charges any extra and the others were inside the 5000 square foot offer. I'm sorry it didn't work out for both parties.

Showed up as scheduled and got to work. Yard looks great. Had this company do extensive clean up around here earlier in the year and have used for upkeep since. Would definitely recommend! They work very hard and do a good job.
