The gentleman called back quickly, arrived in a short amount of time and cleared the clog in short order. Though it turned out it was a simple procedure, it was executed very well. He was pleasant and conversational. I paid the agreed upon fee and he was done in about 20 minutes. As a flat fee fix, had it gone badly, this might have been a great deal. In this instance, it was simple and over with quickly and I felt more poorly about the value. Still, I give him a high grade and would recommend him for others to use.
