Ken contacted me minutes after I clicked submit to look for a company to clear a clogged floor drain in my laundry room. And this was 10:00 at night. We set up a 10:00 appointment for the next day and he arrived early (I told him I work from home so that is why arrived before the appointment time). Ken and his assistant were polite, quick, and effective.

He did call right away to talk through my plumbing problem. I scheduled appt. for next day, first thing (8-10 a.m.). He called around 10:15 saying the first job ran late and he would be right over. He did do a good job with the clogged drain (10 minutes) but then spent the next 20 minutes trying to sell me "vitamin" supplements.

They came on Saturday night late knowing a clogged drain is an urgent matter!

pulled the end of a washer hose out of my drain. i feel pretty lucky the clog was resolved . he seemed a little amazed himself. im glad i called him or my slow drain would not have been resolved with a ordinary snake .

He was a really nice guy, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Had to snake out all of my lines due to severe clogging and roots in the lines. Was very reasonably priced. Will be calling him again to come out and do maintenance from time to time to stay ahead of the problem.

outside of clog drain & snaking it out to the main, I had a small leak which Iused a ice cream bucket for the last few years to collect right sing leaking I thought it was the the elbow connection, He found it to be the strainer basket was bad, He whent to home depot got a good one for 16 bucks and replaced it with a discount, with being disabled & can't fix my self I'am very pleased with service &price. NO more leaks happy happy home owner.
