They were a few hrs late but they still came and finished the job. It was quick and fast and they explain everything before starting and explained everything after the work, very professional.

I hired this company to clear a drain last October. A young man came promptly and did the job for a fair price. I mentioned that I needed a water heater installed and he told me that he would have someone give me a call. Ken Betz called me and I told him what kind of water heater I had decided on. He told me that he would handle it, so we set up a time. The cost was about $400 - $500 more than the water heater that I had selected and the warranty was 6 years rather than the 10 years. I was not given an actual warranty when I asked for it, it was just hand written in the invoice. The water heater stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I called him and he came in a couple of days. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He did get the water heater going, but it stopped working the next day. I called again and he came out a second time. This time he said that a new part was needed and he had ordered it. He told me that he would come back last Friday or Saturday. I waited all day Friday and Saturday and he did not show up or call. When he did call, about 5:00 p.m. Monday, I tried to tell him that I had to try to find someone else, because he did not keep his word and he hung up on me, before I could finish my sentence. I was going to tell him that if he could get the part replaced that night I would cancel the other person. I finally got him back on the phone later that evening to tell him that, but he got very combative and even vulgar with me. I told him never to come to my home again. I am concerned even writing this because of something that he said. I do not think that this company should have anything to do with him going forward. The home that this involves is my mothers. She will be 97 next month. I have stayed here to take care of her. She just got out of the hospital and being without hot water for 2 weeks has been very hard on her, and on me as well.

Great customer service because both services were next day. Could use some improvement because when toilet was re-installed, the tank ran/leaked pretty hard and we had to repair/adjust it ourselves. Also, the tech got that wax from the toilet ring everywhere and needed significant cleaning. Overall, happy though.
