I called him at 11am on a Thursday. He showed up at 5pm. He found out a section of my pipe before the clog was frozen and he fixed that. Then he cleaned out the actual clog after that. He was very upfront about his costs/estimates (which were VERY reasonable). Had everything done in 45 minutes. Minimal mess. He cut one of my pipes to thaw the ice and had the necessary equipment/tools to patch the cut afterwards. Fantastic and would absolutely call him again.

Called Saturday afternoon, day before Christmas Eve. Came in about an hour after call and cleared the drain. Very nice, had a young man with him that was being trained and he was very nice as well. Got the job done, was expensive but I realize it was a Holiday weekend.

The service man tried to sell us on a multi-level marketing campaign selling vitamins after he cleared our drain. A routine clog, and it is back just a few weeks later (and we have been very careful). Terrible - spend a little more and hire someone competent.

Emergency work needed on Saturday Thanksgiving weekend for a clogged main sewer line. Great customer service and fixed the problem. I would definitely hire this company again.
