Very responsive during busy time of year. Completed the work except for one item he could not fix.

I did the online scheduling through HomeAdvisor and they got the dates mixed up and showed up a day earlier. They were able to show up on the correct date and for the clog removed but stated my stopper was broken, didn't offer a fix and stated my trap was almost full but seemed to have no interest in gaining my repeat business or setting up a follow up.

Call back was almost instant, showed up & did job for half of what that competition told me it would cost !!!, didn't try 2 cheat me either, no bull, I was very impressed & will be calling him back for more projects.

Ken was punctual and did a fine job. Friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. Plugged sink cleared, no problem. I read in the reviews that he tries to sell a side product- and sure enough, he did. We ignored the speil and he dropped the vitamin drink magic potion sales. We hired him for plumbing and he did his job.

Arrived in a timely fashion. Did work in a professional manner.

Rental had sump pu.p stop working forcing water into basement. I found clog be gone on home advisors and they sent someone out with a few hours. New sump pump was installed and everything seems good now.

DON'T HIRE!!!! He will SCAM you! He recommended our 4yrold sump be replaced and replaced it with crap. Took our old pump to probably refurbish and sell for pure profit. Asked to fix toilets so they flush better and handles don't stick..replaced something but still not better. $750 later have an inferior pump and toilets that work as they did before. And to top it off he tried to sell me vitamins!!!! SCAM ARTIST. Charged me for two hours of "work" that probably took him 45 min total.

The first guy that came out was making very inappropriate comments and did not fix the problem. Had to get the owner to come back out which still didn't fix the problem -- had to hire someone else

Ken was nice and the price was fair for plumbing however it does say on the receipt "We do NOT guarantee ..drainage desired" and less than 7 days after he left the basement backed up 3 times between 01/29 and 03/05. I hired another plumber on 03/05 who cleared the main drain again and guaranteed his work.

Fastest reply I have ever had, less than a minute, and on a Sunday. He did extra work and at a fair price. If i ever need a plumber again I sure know who to call.

Ken is excellent. He completed the work, at the stated price, even tho the job became more complex than originally planned

Responsive and efficient.

Ken came in and immediately said that his job wasn't worth the time and that other plumbers charged 5x what he did. Red flag. He spent an hour finding a frozen drain. Then told me I could let it warm up on its own. He then changed his mind and said he'd better run water down the drain. I had used him before with good results and a fair price, so I said ok. He spent a total of 1:20 and charged me $188 for the first hour and another $188 for running the water! My bad for not asking the price up front. He left my bathroom a greasy mess, everything out of place and tissues all over. He told me he wanted to get out of the business and said I was lucky he didn't charge more. Beware of this guy and be sure to ask for the price up front if you use him.

Not real impressed with overall service, although he did remove clog in drain line.
