There was some miscommunication with the scheduling if the repair, but the technician that came out was qui k, thorough, and very helpful

I will not know the final result until I see how long the drain keeps flowing.

On time arrival. Took a little longer than expected because an old pipe had to be replaced. Good value, price was reasonable.

The work was top notch. They quoted me a price for an hour but it took a little over an hour but was still work it. Now I can use my basement tub, no water back up from the basement floor drain!

Our sump pump motor would not shut off by itself. Ken called back promptly after being notified by Home Advisors and he came out the same afternoon to fix our sump pump. He needed a different kind of pump so he had to return the next morning to complete the project. We can't comment on the price because we haven't needed this service before but it seemed reasonable.

Ken showed up on time and performed world class service unclogging my drain. Very appreciative of the work done and I'd definitely use his service again as well as refer others.
