Very communicative and punctual. When I scheduled via HomeAdvisor, I got a call within minutes to confirm. When the tech was on his way to my house, I also got a call, and he arrived right on time. He was also very polite and friendly. I thought I needed a main line and drain cleaned, and after some questioning, he determined I only needed one thing done - I appreciated that he didn't try to push me to do more than I needed. (Also he was spot on - cleaning one drain totally fixed the issue!)

Matt was fantastic -- very professional, personable and competent. It was a particularly stubborn clog on which he worked for 1.5 hours. I was so grateful that he didn't give up; he ended up having to use his 50 ft auger. When he left, all the mess of his work was completely cleaned up. He was on time and the price was pre-quoted and reasonable. I would hire this business again if I had any drainage problems.
