Description of Work: Replaced the key and fob for my Kia Soul. Competitor's prices were much higher. Most would only do a mobile call which adds considerably to the cost. Rapid has a store front which allows them to do both mobile and walk-in service. They like you to make an appointment so they can get you in and out quickly. I showed up ten minutes early and they apologized because it took ten minutes to finish with me. Very friendly, very quick. And cheaper than any other locksmith.

YOU NEED TO ORDER A NEW KEY AND WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY FOR US TO OVERNIGHT IT TO YOU.'' HE WAS VERY FAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND THERE WASN'T A SCRATCH ON THE VEHICLE. IF THIS EVER HAPPENS AGAIN, I WILL TELL AAA I WANT RAPID KEY RECOVERY SENT FIRST!
Description of Work: WHEN A FRIEND WAS VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN, SHE ACCIDENTALLY LOCKED THE KEYS AND THE FOB IN THE TRUNK OF HER NEW CAR. I USED MY AAA MEMBERSHIP AND THE FIRST LOCKSMITH AAA SENT WAS UNABLE TO UNLOCK THE CAR. THEN RAPID KEY WAS CALLED AND ENDED UP HAVING TO OPEN BOTH THE CAR AND THE TRUNK SEPARATELY, SINCE SECURITY FEATURES ON THE VEHICLE PREVENTED OPENING THE TRUNK IF THE VEHICLE WAS OPENED WITHOUT THE FOB OR KEY.
