I had an immediate need to replace a vent on my roof. It was taken care of within 2 days of my contacting JP at Kingdom. Victor, who did the work, showed up around the scheduled time, was pleasant to deal with and the job was completed quickly and professionally.

Sirs I was out of town when the repairs were completed and cannot really give an answer BUT your questions do not let me reflect that in the survey. This is the second questionare so in order to keep from getting more I answered but cannot evaluate the work. Send me another questionare after thanksgiving.

The problem that I hired them to fix remains partially unfixed. They worked a long time on the problem but could not totally fix the problem. This caused a very high bill (they bill hourly). After discussing the problem we were able to come to an agreement on pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again.
