We had a great experience with eRoof – they were professional, speedy, and considerate of our house's needs. They got in and got us a new roof after the most recent storms, before any further damage could happen. Their communications and professionalism are top-notch. Their crew was careful of our yard's plants and lawn, and worked as hard any home improvement crew I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service. I waited to review until I confirmed the problem was fixed. Everything is great. I hired eRoof to repair a botched re-roofing from 4 years ago where corners were cut, leading to leaking. Tyler came out to provide an estimate the morning after I called, had a crew out one day later, and did quite a bit of work. I've got an older house with a roofline that meets a vertical wall, which is common problem area. They peeled back about 2 feet of roofing, cut a new reglet, restepped, and reshingled everything. We've had several heavy rains, and the problem is definitely resolved. The price was about the midpoint of what I expected to pay, and more than fair for the materials and the time of 3 or 4 guys, not to mention the quick turnaround.

Throughout our re-roofing job, the workers were professional, on schedule, and delivered a first-rate product. Tyler, who oversaw the project, kept us informed throughout, helped us understand the pros and cons of alternative materials, was always available to address issues, andâ important in our caseâ did an exceptional job of explaining/advocating on our behalf to our insurance company. The workers cleaned up the site each day and, also of concern to us, made sure that work materials and debris did not inconvenience our neighbors. I appreciated eRoof's promise of high-quality workmanship. Tyler was very easy to work with. He was responsive and provided thorough customer service, more than I was anticipating for this project. Our roof needed additional repair work beyond just shingling. The estimate for that, I thought, was fair. They even repainted the replacement fascia work with a matching paint color. They also replaced the roof vents with ones that were of much higher quality and squirrel-proof. The roof now looks a lot better and is of much higher quality that what we had before. I highly recommend eRoof to anyone with roofing needs.

Tyler met with me and the adjuster and made sure all of my questions were answered, he processed everything for our claim and updated us at every turn. The whole project was easy and seamlessly done. After the install everything was left clean and tidy around our home. They even came out to take a final look at the work and ended up sweeping our driveway (it was covered in leaves) to make sure everything was done and clean before they left. That is above and beyond!

I appreciated the attention paid to the safety of the roofers on the steep pitch of our house. They tore off the old roof and installed new decking and shingles in two days. Our city lot is narrow, and Tyler took great care to protect my garden -there was minimal damage to it. The crew's clean-up job was incredibly thorough. Great customer service!

Tyler took the time to give a thorough estimate and explain the details of the project. Scheduling was timely and efficient. The crew showed up early and began work promptly at 7am. They worked tirelessly all day long until nightfall. They came back the next day to finish and clean up the site. The clean up was incredible. There is no evidence that work had been done other than an errant nail and a beautiful new roof. Once the project was completed, Tyler came out to walk through the site with me, answering any other questions I had. His knowledge is extensive and his concern for QUALITY workmanship, and customer service is admirable. In addition, he helped to coordinate gutter repair with a different vendor. I would highly recommend eRoof and would use them again without hesitation.

It is difficult finding a contractor to take in a small repair project. I was fortunate to work with eRoof for my small roof repair project. The work was done efficiently and timely. Everything was done as agreed to at the beginning of the project.

Tyler and the whole crew from eRoof were absolutely excellent, from start to finish, on our roofing job. They dealt professionally and efficiently with a steeply-pitched roof on a very tight urban lot in S. Mpls., as well as a prickly encounter with a neighbor who was worried about their garden. Had tear off done on 12 pitch roof south minnapolis. This company rocks! From our very first meeting with Tyler until the final cleanup of the site, I was completely blown away by how eRoof exceeded our every expectation! Our home and garage roof had suffered hail damage last year. Having an older house with many dormers we were concerned about the project cost and whether the initial estimate would be close to accurate. Tyler took the lead in n working directly with the insurance company in verifying the claim and the initial estimate within a week. Two weeks later the work was completed (on time, on budget) under very hot weather conditions. The very next day Tyler was out meeting with us to perform the final job walk-through. I could not believe how nice the roof looked and how thoroughly they cleaned the yard. Most impressively, everything Tyler said they would do they did. In a situation where most people with say through grit teeth “well at least it is done” I can honestly say that working with eRoof was one of the best, stress-free business experiences I have ever had.
