 + -1 moreHorrible company! Their shop manager Pablo is a liar, and a thief. He messed up our granite install and refused to come and fix his mistakes after we had paid him. He didn't even finish the backsplash that he charged us for. Definitely would not recommend this company and definitely would recommend that you not let this person in your house.

 + -1 moreI'm so upset... should have trusted my instincts when we walked their lot of granite. We paid a lot of money for a LOT of granite and they did a terrible job installing it and finishing it. It's streaky and dull and you can clearly see the sealer over the seem, and it's almost like the granite wasn't even polished. Our back splashes were also never completed even though we were told they were coming back to complete them and never did... We've talked with the owners of the company multiple times, set appointments with their shop manager Pablo multiple times and no one has ever shown back up to finish or fix it. We've given them multiple opportunities to make this right and we keep getting the run around and blown off. Stay away from them, especially Pablo. I will update this review if they make this right... but it's been months and nothing so far but broken promises, fake apologies and lies.

Description of Work: Granite countertop installation. The product and install went as planned. I was able to go to the distributors warehouse and pick out the exact slab of granite which was going to be put into my kitchen. I was even able to go to the shop once the granite was picked up and discuss how it was going to be cut, and which sections would be used for specific sections in the kitchen. The one negative of my experience was in communication. Leading up to the install, and in picking out my slab and asking about price options, install questions, etc., there was not a clear line of communication. I would reach out several times before being contacted back. In the end though, the job was professionally done, the installer was courteous and informative, and the counter tops look GREAT!

 + -1 moreWhat a great experience! Freddy was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was able to get in touch with him right away and within 3 days he was over to my house to measure and to give us a quote. Countertops were delivered and installed professionally and in a timely manners. Price was lower than other quotes received and included installation and additional cuts to fit in our farmhouse style kitchen sink. Strongly recommended.
