+ 1 moreAdam has been honest about helping prioritize projects with our needs and his business. His pricing is upfront and an open book. He has been willing to go out of his way to assist. The communication when onsite is superb! He greets you with a smile! He is very friendly, but never overly to wonder if he's going to work for the day. He is able to multi task. Above all else - his finishing touches are amazing. He cleans up after himself and notices the small things example, when sanding our wall, most would have been satisfied with 1 coat, he instead applied a 2nd for a much noticeable difference at no extra cost or time to us.
Description of Work: We bought a significant fixer upper last year and Adam has been our go to. He has done various work for us: replaced hot water heater, advised on dryer vent replacement, hung exterior door, laid wood floor, finished carpet installation, trim installation, wall patching and sanding, painting, etc. He's also done some misc. boat upholstery work as well for us.
