Joyfully Clean

It didn't go well at all. Like most people, MeLinda sounded really nice, she came to our home to provide a quote and to make us feel comfortable with her in our home. Everything went really really well. She told us how she loved how close we were to other clients and it would be a great house to add to her route. We left that meeting with giving her our garage code, home alarm code and a our first appointment scheduled. That was the last we ever heard of her. She ignored emails when she didn't show up. We texted back and forth prior to our meeting so I texted her to see if everything was okay and never heard back. Called and left messages to never be returned. We felt so bad and were kind of thinking that something happened to her. Then we read all these reviews and figured that she is just a really bad communicator and business owner. It's sad. We had to change our alarm and garage code since we didn't know what her deal was.

It didn't! I spoke to MeLinda twice and she sounded so nice and responsible. She did not show up or even call for my first cleaning today. I had read good reviews on one site, then called her. She must have written those. I have to admit there were negative ones on Angie's List but I had already asked her to clean and we had this appointment. I even brought up those reviews and she had some story about another company with the same name. I have no other choice to make than she is in fact the same one that others said she either didn't come or cancelled with very little notice.

I called for cleaning services. Melinda made two appointments, and didn't show up for either appointment. Wasted my time while I moved around my business meetings to accommodate her.
