The first time we called Sheldon's we felt they went above and beyond. It was a weekend, our furnace had gone out in the middle of the winter. They were unable to work on it that night, so they brought several space heaters to help keep the house liveable and avoid the pipes freezing. The next day they fixed the furnace good enough to last awhile and then we had them install a new one. They did a great job. Later we had them install an on demand water heater. A few months after installation we started having problems. The firat two service visits they were prompt and worked diligently. However they were unable to fix it. Later Phil tells us they may have found a solution from the company. We kept making appointments for them to come look at it, but noi one ever showed up. It took over 6 months for them to finally get things cleared up.

It was an excellent experience. They were very professional. They also service my AC unit every year. They are very prompt, well trained, easy to work with and eager to please. Their prices are at market level. I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me. I would recommend their services to anyone.
