Rent A Husband

I was very pleased with his work. He also gave some valuable advice on some other work that needed to be done.

It was great. He was very easy work with.

Stephen was great, performed all the work we needed within the time required and we called on him short notice. He even found another issue we didn't know we had and fixed that for us too in order to make sure the new caulk woudl stick and cure appropriately. He is great, definitely recommend him to others and will use him moving forward!

He did a good job, it took less time than I had expected and the hourly rate was very good. I used only four hours so far of the 20 in the Big deal

He arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, was neat, pollite, offered advice. A very nice person. I had hoped he could replace the water shutoff for the house, but he discovered that the main pipe into the house ahd been broken and patched and he said he would prefer not to take a chance on disturbing that and recommended that I get an actual plumber for that particular job. He quickly installed the new kitchen faucet, took the faucet in the back yard apart and put it back together and also worked with the basement faucet that turns the water to the back yard faucet off for the winter. He noticed that the railing on the basement stiar was loose and he fixed that. His rates were so reasonable that I offered to pay more but he refused to take any more. I had an estimate from my usual plumber and he would ahve charges about 3 times as much. I no longer remember the actual date of service,

Arrived wearing rings on every finger and multiple necklaces, completed the work well, but he was still was a bit too unusual for me. Nothing wrong with his actual service but his demeanor and professionalism put me off. Would not hire again.

Super. He is fast and efficient.

I called and gave him a list of things to do. Gave him my garage code. He came in on his own and did the work, cleaned up and did everything perfectly. Everything you could possibly ask for!

He contacted me and I explained what I was into for the immediate work and subsequant work. Sounded good to him to work on an hourly with estimates the day of the work. Said he as out of town for the weekend and would call when he returned. Never heard back. Left me hanging thinking I had committed to him. Lost three weeks of waiting for this inconsiderate person.

We had two faucets repaired and the work was excellent.

It went very well overall. Stephan arrived at the house on time as scheduled. We discussed the specifics of the job and he made several recommendations which I was pleased with. After out discussion Stephan asked for cash to go to Home Depot to purchase materials (I found that odd). Stephan departed and returned an hour or so later with the necessary materials to completed the job. He began his work and was very professional. He worked late into the evening as the job took him longer than aniticipated. He informed me he would return the next day to finish the work. This is where the low mark is given on responsiveness. Due to an overload in his schedule and some unforseen complications on another scheduled job he did not return the next day. I tried to call as I was on a tight schedule myself to be available at the house and my calls were not returned that second day. Finally, he did call and apologised for not returning as he indicated he would and for not calling. He explained the situation and I understood it. Upon Stephans return two days later he finished the job. He presented his bill and deducted the cost of materials purchased with the front money. His services were high quality and his charges were moderate. He even provided my two Boxers with two rawhide chews at the end of his work which in my book was a nice touch. I would definately use Rent A Husband again and highly recommend Stephan to anyone. Out of five electricians contacted in the Minneapolis area, Stephan is the only one who returned my initial call.

Stephen Granger is an amazing character. Rent A Husband offered 3 hours of handyman services for $75 or something like that. He was very careful and thorough. He came on time and generally speaking did nice work. I haven't had any issues with the workmanship of anything he did. He did a fine job with it. It is sometimes tough to get a hold of him. He is definitely an eccentric personality (chuckles).

He was very nice to work with. It was easy to get scheduled. He installed 8 light fixtures, including 3 outside, and he did a great job. He even helped take down a ceiling fan and installed another fixture within the vaulted ceiling area which was extremely helpful.

It was a flat hourly rate. He was rather eccentric. The guy had gray gray hair and had fifteen rings on his fingers and a handkerchief around his head. The work he did was fine. He had his own mind. I am disabled so I was not following him around. He decided on his own that he was going to wash my car. I was paying him a flat hourly rate. I probably could have used but I was not driving the car. There was a window that needed replacing. He ordered the replacement and then I did not hear from him for weeks. He called that Thanksgiving and said he will probably be coming that weekend. He did not come that weekend. He just showed up somewhere in the middle of the week without calling or anything then put the window in. There were more things I wanted to do. He was supposed to call me back. He put me off and I just found other resources.

Work was satisfactory. Some things well done, some mistakes that were not pointed out to us. Somewhat difficult work. Date provided above is not accurate. There were various dates. Angie's List form did not permit me to submit without listing a date certain.

I've since had to re-install the towel bar. The baseboard looks good.

He trimmed a branch, and removed the satellite dishes. But the full amount of time that I bought was not used and I got the impression he was too busy to come back anytime soon. So I ended up finding another handyman who could handle the other things I needed done.

Arrived on time. Friendly. Offered more opinions about the necessity of my projects than I wished to hear. Was a bit slow, but the work was completed with excellent quality.

Steven arrived on time and did a very good job with the projects I had for him. Will use him again.

The person who came down to do the job, finished the job in 15 minutes. My overall experience with him was excellent.

I only intended to have him do the first job, which I figured would use up the three hours I had purchased, but steve got it done so quickly that I had him do the other two also. I was very pleased with the quality of the work

He works very quietly; I was very thankful for the help. I haven't had issues with the garage door since and it'd been giving me issues almost monthly, so I'm very pleased with the result on that. The bushes and trees were in great need of trimming and he did a good job.

He was easy to work with and willing to tackle the jobs I asked to to do. He was careful and cleaned up after himself. I found the work to be high quality. I hired him through a Big Deal, so the price was very good.

It went well the pet door works well. He is very methodical in his work. He did exactly what I asked him.

Fantastic. He is very talented and appears to be able to fix anything.
