They called as soon as we requested help for a sewer backup and weâ re willing to come out that night but we opted to have them start the clean up in the morning, the were very thorough and knowledgeable, job was completed properly and quickly

We called on a Sunday and we live 90 mins away from them. They showed up in 2 hrs. They are very professional yet personable. They removed all the carpet in the basement, brought in 28 fans to dry the floor and walls. This resulted in saving us so much of our sheetrock. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

John and his team responded quickly when we needed to dry out a portion of our kitchen wood floors and our basement. He answered all my questions and concerns. This is not a fun problem for anyone to have to deal with, but this team got it done for us.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They came out right away to do a job that other companies didnâ t want. They were respectful of my home and worked quickly and efficiently. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a pleasant and patient way. John and his team took care of all my water issues. I am very confident it couldnâ t have been solved any better. They definitely left my home better than they found it! On a scale of 1 to 5, they get 100!

If you do not have an emergency check the cost for each function and/or get a second bid, particularly if you do not have insurance coverage. They showed up quickly.

Quickly responded to my call and set up machines to rid my basement of moisture. They moved stuff away from the walls, wiped down wet ductwork, cleaned up some spill. Don't know if they are more expensive than the rest, but peace of mine is important and that's what Done Right gave me.

Excellent job. The owner called us personally (and right away) to schedule our appointment. We live in the northern suburbs (North Branch). Most service providers were either not interested in traveling to our location, or required a very high minimum dollar amount in order to even show up. In our mind, you pay for what you get, and we couldn't have been happier from beginning to end -- not only with the professionalism in follow up, but the customer service, and ultimately the service provided. Bill was our technician who was very knowledgeable and efficient. Although we can't speak for others, our carpet was dry within 24 hours (even during a humid period of time), and our carpet looks like new again. Bill was on time and respectful of our home. We will be contacting this company again when we get ready for duct cleaning in the near future.

We had Jon come out to spot clean so trouble accident areas for our two dogs. He's been in the biz for a long time and is very knowledgeable. Might be a little on the expensive side but happy to pay more for good work. Would highly recommend him. Straight shooter which I love.

Did a really good job. On time *early, in fact). Moved the necessary furniture. Only gig was they are a little, not very, but a little expensive.

Bill was very profeesional

Bill was extremely professional and concerned about delivery a high quality outcome. The carpets look brand new...and we have a dog and cat...and several pet accidents that needed to be addressed.

The technician Bill asked me if I wanted deodorizer. I said yes (who wouldn"t). Then he asked me if I wanted the closet carpet cleaned. I said sure. He then said there is an extra charge for the closets. 10.00 per closet. After he was all done and presented me with the bill it was 200.00 more than I was quoted. He charged me 200.00 for the deodorizer. He never told me there was a charge for that. I called his boss John. John called Bill and Bill lied to him and said he explained the deodorizer and the charge before I agreed to it. I would never refer this company to anyone I like.

I was quoted a "special price" for cleaning our carpet when I told them that their price was more than our budget allowed. The owner called me back with a reduced rate of $135. to clean our approx. 750 sq. feet of carpet to be cleaned. When the cleaning man arrived, I pointed out to him the spots (very small ones) that needed attention while cleaning, he told me that it would be an additional cost. I had never, in 40 years of carpet cleaning in many different parts of the country, been charged extra for spot cleaning while cleaning the carpet. We ended up paying $171. after taxes for what we thought would be $135. We are on a low, fixed income and this was a difficult expense for us. In the future, obviously, we will find a way to clean our own carpet!

Carpet cleaners always do the upsell he gave me a price and did the carpets fast and even moved the couch for free no increase and add pet protection a+ rating
