I bought two cream colored overstuffed chairs, secondhand---and they had some light stains on them. It was one of those impulse purchases---and thought I would get them home and clean them. Discovered they were dry-clean only, and the stains were water stains from the previous owner attempting to spot clean. I found that very few upholstery cleaners in this area will do dry cleaning. Called Done Right, and they had an opening the same afternoon. Jon, the technician, looked at the chairs and was honest in saying that he could never get water stains out of that type of material. The stains were faint, more of a discoloration. I decided to go ahead and have him clean the chairs anyway. The system they use was very quick and had a very faint but pleasant scent. The overall appearance of the chairs , once cleaned, was good---except of course, for the permanent water stains. The whole experience, from the appointment setup to the evaluation and cleaning, was a very positive one. I would definitely use them again for carpets or furniture.

Great, they were the first company who said they would come out right away. They are often even early when they say they will be somewhere and did a great job.

I WOULD LOOK AT THE EQUIPMENT (TRUCK OR VAN) THEY SHOW UP IN. LOOK AT THE INSIDE; IS THERE A SINGLE TANK VS DOUBLE TANK, DO YOU SEE TEMPERATURE GAUGES, ARE THEY USING RECYCLED WATER. I WOULD ASK TO SEE WHAT NON-WATER SOLVENT THEY WILL BE USING ON YOUR FURNITURE. EXPLAIN HOW THEY ARE GOING TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET. WHAT PRE-STAINERS ARE THEY USING; WHAT MAKES THEM SO SPECIAL. LASTLY, I WOULD NOT LET THEM OUT OF YOUR SITE. MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING WHAT WAS PROMISED; CAN BE DONE, & DID GET DONE. DID THEY MOVE THE FURNITURE OR IS THERE STILL DIRT UNDER THE COFFEE TABLE. ARE YOU THEIR FIRST JOB OR 10TH JOB OF THE DAY. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF TIME PER JOB.

Scheduled carpet cleaning of one room from a promotion. Technician called ahead when on his way, arrived as expected. Spot cleaned area and persistent stain. Completed job, looked good. Even though promotional price, technician did not try to sell other services or add to the cost. Very nice and friendly.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING THE TAR WHICH WAS NOT 100% GUARANTEED OVER THE PHONE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CARPET. WHEN THE CLEANING WAS DONE, YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT TAR HAD BEEN TRACKED IN & DRIED ON THE CARPET. THE CLEANERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, & PERFORMED GOOD QUALITY WORK.

EASY, PROFESSIONAL SCHEDULING. VERY PROMPT, EXPLAINED OPTIONS AND PRICING UP FRONT, PROFESSIONAL. VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK OF THE CARPETING. THEY ARE ABLE TO DO THE WORK WITH NO DISRUPTION TO THE HOME. THEIR VAN IS THEIR WATER SOURCE. I'D RECOMMEND THEM (AND JOSH, THE EMPLOYEE WHO PERFORMED THE CLEANING) VERY HIGHLY AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE.

PROMPT, FRIENDLY SERVICE. THE COST OF HAVING ONE ROOM CLEANED SEEMED HIGH, BUT MY PAST EXPERIENCE WITH DONE RIGHT IS THAT IT'S SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER FOR ADDITIONAL ROOMS/RUGS.

CARPETS LOOK GREAT. HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN OLD STAIN COMING UP BROWN, THEY RECOMMENDED A SPOT TREATMENT THAT WORKED TO MINIMIZE THE STAIN. OVERALL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
