+ -1 moreI have shopped from them for over 20 years. This time all 3 items proved to be poor quality and needed to be returned. They offer a lifetime warrantee. Sounds terrific until you return the item. They charge you $6.50 to return the item and then give the money back claiming the items are no longer available. The items may be available by the same item number or by a "new" item number which allows them to say the item no longer exists. For the dog beds I received an email saying the item wasn't available and on the same day ordered a replacement of the dog bed that was no longer available luckily at the same price, but then you have to pay the shipping. There lifetime warrantee is a joke. I still buy from them, but very carefully. I know the item warrantee is worthless.
Description of Work: I purchased a dog bed and a small seed starter greenhouse. Earlier I purchased a cold frame.
