Description of Work: Steve gave us an appraisal for a deck addition. His bid was competitive and the reason we chose him was because he is so conscientious and professional. He was very punctual and neat. We would choose him to do any construction work we needed; he is so reliable.

 + 4 moreI cannot visualize things but know I need to do something - whether change patio door, make closet more functional, etc. Steve is excellent at providing recommendations and suggestions and then when I select the option, he makes it happen! His prices are fair and his work is top quality. He is very thorough and works hard to meet all of your requirements.
Description of Work: I have used Rosenberger Construction for numerous projects and each time the work done was excellent. I have had closets re-worked, shelves added, etc. Gutters added and then later gutter guards put on. general maintenance work as well as larger projects. Work is excellent.

Description of Work: Put in new kitchen floor, shelves in some closets, did some other general jobs/work in house.

 + 2 moreSteve is very responsive to requests for work, reviews the requirements, and prepares a bid that is comprehensive. He is a perfectionist and does excellent work. He completed my new kitchen floor ahead of schedule as well as the other projects. He focuses on high quality work and is accommodating to your schedule. I was very pleased with his work and have plans to use him again for work I need done on my house.
Description of Work: I used Rosenberger Construction for many projects - new kitchen floor, new deck, and various smaller projects around the house - adding shelves in some closets and cupboards, adding carpeting on steps in garage, shelves in garage, putting in rain gutters, etc. He is very thorough, had excellent attention to details, and does excellent work.
