+ -1 moreI WENT TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF A REFERRAL BY A CONTRACTOR, BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE SLOW, MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER GLASS COMPANIES, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, IN MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION.
Description of Work: WE TOOK TWO THERMALPANE WINDOWS IN FOR GLASS REPLACEMENT ON 4/11/03 - TOLD THEY''D BE DONE ON 4/25/03 (THEY WOULD CALL). THEY NEVER CALLED. I CALLED THEM 5/1/03 TO INQUIRE, AND WAS TOLD THEY GOOFED ON THE MEASUREMENT, AND NOW THEY WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK, AND THEY WOULD CALL WHEN READY. AGAIN, THEY NEVER CALLED. WE CALLED HIM ON 5/9/03 AND GOT NO ANSWER, SO WE LEFT A MSG. ASKING TO LET US KNOW THE STATUS. STILL HEARD NOTHING. ON 5/12 WE CALLED THEM AGAIN AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE STILL NOT READY. WHEN REMINDED HIM THAT WE HAD BEEN TOLD THEY''D BE READY THE WEEK OF THE 9TH, THEY GOT VERY IRATE WITH US, SAID THEY''D CHECK AND CALL US BACK. THEY FINALLY CALLED BACK LATE THAT AFTERNOON AND SAID THEY WERE DONE. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Description of Work: REPLACED A 12 INCH X 7 FOOT PANE OF GLASS IN A PICTURE WINDOW IN MY HOUSE. THE WINDOW COULD NOT BE REMOVED, SO HE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE WORK. EXCELLENT JOB; CAREFUL CLEANUP, VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR AN UNUSUAL JOB ON MY OLD 1950S RANCH HOUSE.
