Description of Work: They put in some chain link fence to close in where a garage had stood. It happened a bit later than scheduled because of rain. I did have to call them to see what was going on, but once I did, everything was great.

Description of Work: I received an estimate for a new fence. They explained many of the logistics problems - basically our backyard is challenging, which was no surprise. But they had good ideas and we ultimately decided that the project was not deemed necessary so we declined.

Description of Work: Installed a cedar picket fence. The salesman went through several options, we opted to go ahead with it and the team came on the appointed day and completed the project quickly without difficulty and handled everything very professionally. 2 years later an entire panel of the fence came off the posts and several of the pickets have split. They came out to fix however, took about a week to respond to our calls. Since that time, my neighbor has put up a privacy fence for about 2/3 the price with a nicer finish. While I think midwest fence does a good job, I feel that the overall finish was not ideal and for the price, it was not a great value.

Description of Work: Derek, Midwest Sales Consultant came out to give me an estimate for a fence repair. He did just that, but also offered some suggestions I could try. His suggestion worked perfectly. I really appreciated his offering his help in this way. I will definitely sugest him to our neighbors and call him back in the future when and if we need a fence replaced or built.

Description of Work: I made 2 appointments with estimator to come out and give me a fencing estimate. The first time an appointment was made and when no one showed up I called the cell phone of the estimator and he said that he got tied up with another appointment and needed to rechedule. OK, no problem. I resheduled for a week later for an evening appointment and the estimator did not show up, did not call and did not respond to my call and message after I resheduled my time for that appointment. I called the company and asked for the owner of the company to call me as I was not getting any response from the estimators and no one bothered to call me back at that management level either. We will never call this company for work again.

Description of Work: At first I was very pleased at what the company had to offer but the salesperson was very rude and unprofessional, after I could not make up my mind. Then even a second phone call where the sales person stated that he does not come out to a customer place 2 times unless they are going to sign and that he had spent more time on me than he has with any other customer so far this year.

THREE DAYS LATER HE CALLS AND LEAVES A MESSAGE SAYING HE WOULD LIKE TO ARRANGE A TIME SOMETIME AFTER THE MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I LEAVE HIM A MESSAGE SAYING THAT IS FINE, I WORK FROM HOME ON FRIDAY'S SO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE TELLING ME WHICH FRIDAY AND AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. SATURDAY HE CALLS AND LEAVES A MESSAGE SAYING 'WHOOPS I WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL YOU ON FRIDAY' NO, YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO COME OUT ON FRIDAY... YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME ON FRIDAY. I THEN CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM, I WAS HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING WITH MY SALES PERSON AND IF I COULD ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE I WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN AND THEN KINDLY TRANSFERED TO HIS VOICE-MAIL. NEEDLESS TO SAY I'VE MOVED ON. SORRY, IT PAYS TO LISTEN CLOSELY TO YOUR MESSAGES.
