Installation work was excelllent. There were a few issues where water lines and shut-off had to be moved due to the new furnace location. Binder resolved these to my satisfaction.

They were efficient and clean and did a great job. They came out and helped us with adjustment that needed to be done. We were very satisfied.

My furnace had been turned off by another company because of a possible crack and gas leak. I called Binder for a second estimate while the first company was still here. A Binder employee was in the area and arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He gave a much more reasonable estimate and said that the new furnace could be installed the following morning. The first company said that they could install the same day, but wanted over $1,000 more for their furnace. The installation went smoothly. They said that they would be at my house at 8:00 and were here at exactly 8:00 AM. The job was finish in three hours. Everthing was left very clean and neat. The area around my furnace looked better than when they arrived.

Bob came out within a day or two of our initial call, looked at the work we wanted done, and got back the next day with a quote. We decided to remove one item, which he did and lowered the price. They were the lowest of the bids we received and had good reviews on Angie's List. Joe showed up on time a week or two later and finished everything in one day. He was very friendly and listened to how I needed things done so plumbing and other items wouldn't conflict with the new ductwork. He cleaned up any mess he had made. The work was done just as I wanted it. In addition, I asked if they wanted some old ductwork that was laying in a pile behind our house. He said they didn't need it, but had an elderly gentleman who came around and picked up old metal and took it to be recycled to make a little extra money. So Joe and I completely filled the back of his pickup with old ductwork we had laying around behind the house and in the attic of the garage (my dad was a former contractor and hoarder....). Saved me a trip (and probably $$) to dispose of the stuff and helped someone else in the process. A very nice and neighborly thing to do!

I appreciate them and I am happier with them than I am with another competitive company I have used in the past. I will use them again in the future.

They were very punctual and professional. They were the only company I didn't have to wait days for to come have a look at my furnace. Jason was very patient with me. He gave us several quotes on different furnaces, described why and how they were different, and even sat and had a conversation with my husband over the phone so that we could make a decision that day. He waved the home visit charge once we decided on a furnace. They showed up bright and early on Monday morning, brought a big team of men who worked quickly, CLEANLY, and quietly. Their prices are good and everyone was very polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Bender representative met with us at their office and explained the different heating and air conditioning options available to us. They explained the alternatives in excellent detail, and answered our questions very competently and without pressure to buy. A Bender representative subsequently provided a service call and cleaned our furnace, adjusted the pilot light, and installed new fuses for our air conditioner. Everything works perfectly! The representative was friendly, on time, explained each step, and completed the servicing in a timely manner. Excellent performance and prices--and great customer interaction! My furnace was red-tagged by Ctr Pt on Mon the 17th. I called Binders at 8a Tue and Robert was out by approx 9:30. He ran through a few options. The name brand would've cost me $3800 and an off-brand was going to be $3200. They would have put pvc in instead of the flexible drainage hose, which I would have preferred. They were also strongly recommended by a co-worker. Due to a coupon, another contractor recieved the work. I would have no hestitation to call Binders again for any future work.

We had 3 quotes for this project to replace a boiler and water heater in a 1880's home. Binder came in with the best price and vision for how to tackle this renovation. Last week, they finished up the last few pieces on the radiators after our floors were completed. The boiler works wonderfully - with 4 heating zones - and 3 thermostats. The hot water tank is heated off the boiler (very efficient). Binder worked promptly and carefully on the project with responsive and conscientious staff. We are very satisfied.

Went well. Found the AC was is great shape and working just fine. Needed an electrician to deal with the problem. We understood going in that there would be a service charge for just coming out. So, it was as expected.

They did a good job. I was time crunched and they were able to do the job in the short time frame that I needed, which is one of the reasons I chose them.

We had a very good experience. We had an air duct cleaning company tell us that the furnace was broken. Binder had to clean up that mess and they were very good. They were very attentive. The owner was very good about being cost effective. They were very prompt and very courteous. They did a very good job. We've used them ever since for big and small things.

I feel like they're an honest company. They were actually quite pleasant to deal with. They finished the job in a timely manner Their price was reasonable.

I was extremely impressed by their quote. They gave me an estimate that was lower than any other company I looked at. In fact they were so much lower that I was able to upgrade the equipment for higher efficiency. That in turn opened the door for the maximum tax credit for when I file, included a larger rebate from my utilities company, and lastly there was a substantial rebate from the manufacturer. All of that together will bring the costs down another $3K once everything is said and done from the above price. With the installation they were efficient and clean. I left the house in their hands while I was at work and had no problems at all. The next day the thermostat stopped working and they immediately came out to replace it at no cost. The thermostat was a lemon, but there was no way they could have known that. They asked that I keep them informed on how the second one fairs and to call them if anything strange is noticed. As of this point the only blemish I saw was with the follow up. The office was supposed to contact me several days prior to the installation. I had to call the sales rep the night before the installation to confirm. That of course is extremely minor with the quality and price that they provided.

Wonderful. This past summer we did some remodeling on our home, and our remodeling contractor used this company to install new radiators. When we turned the heat on this fall, the furnace didn't work, so we called them. They came out the next day, looked at the furnace (turns out the switch to the furnace had just been flipped off!), and went through all the radiators in the house, making sure that everything worked. Wow! I was amazed. And at no charge. This is a company that we will definitely use again.

I had 4 estimate from various furnace vendors and found Binders prices and product to be the most reasonably priced. The salesman was prompt and courteous when submitting his bid. They installed the new furnace and air cleaner in one day. They left my hallway and basement spotless when finished. The installers were polite and explained everything about the new furnace and filter operation. The company owner showed up near the end of the project to inspect the installers work. I was also informed that I could call the office with any questions or comments.

We have had the same issue three winters in a row. They finally figured out a solution to the problem this year. It was a little disappointing to have it take three times to get the problem fixed.
