Bauer Floor Covering

Our initial encounter with Greg Bauer in the store was a positive one. He was very easy to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward in helping us select a countertop and vinyl floor. He was very courteous and on time when he came to take measurements of the room, as were his installers when they installed the countertop and vinyl floor. The installers were very easy to work with, also, and answered all of our questions. There were a number of constraints in our schedule and we had to adjust it a few times, but Greg was very accommodating in terms of scheduling the installations to meet our requirements. The installation of both top and floor were done very well, and look very professional. They are definitely one provider that you can count on to do an excellent job from start to finish. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use Bauer Floor Covering in the future.

Greg Bauer acted as general contractor on my project, coordinating the tiler, plumber, vanity top and glass door subcontractors, which was a major help and helped the project stay on track. Greg even provided good advice on tile selection. The project went smoothly. Mike the tiler did a beautiful job.

Never responded to my request for an estimate. Unprofesssional, will never bother with them again.

I've used Bauer before and was always happy with the service and installation. This time, I was a bit disappointed with the fact they had to move installation back a day at the last minute, and on both days of work they were about 15-20 minutes late. However, my carpet is great and installation went well (installation was done by a sub-contractor). Greg Bauer was good to work with throughout the process.

Very pleased with the installation process! Chris was a very patient salesperson and allowed us to take several samples home before we were able to come to a decision. Hoping that Mohawk Smartstrand is as great long-term as they advertise! I prefer doing business with a small town, locally owned business.

GREG WORKED WITH US FOR A LONG TIME AS WE CHECKED OUT WHAT SEEMED LIKE AN INFINITE NUMBER OF VINYL SAMPLES. ONCE WE HAD SELECTED THE MANUFACTURER AND PATTERN GREG MEASURED AND THE VINYL WAS ORDERED. THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. BAUER'S INSTALLER PHIL DID A FABULOUS JOB LAYING THE UNDERLAYMENT AND VINYL. VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORK, HE MATCHED THE VINYL'S TILE GRID PATTERN TO AN EXISTING PARQUET FLOOR IN THE NEXT ROOM. VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND CAREFUL ABOUT CLEAN UP. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY FLOORING WORK.
