Great! Doug centralized everything in my utility room, was able to wire up the 3 rooms I wanted done, with only 1 hole into my house and with the cable expertly hidden on the outside so that you can't see it running around. He also put in a channel to run the wires behind the upstairs tv inside the wall (no more wires hanging down!) and helped me troubleshoot the best location for my modem and router. Great work, glad I called, wish I would have found him sooner. You definitely get what you pay for...comcast would have done this for free...and it would have looked awful. Much happier to pay a reasonable price and have it look good. It took Doug 5 hours to complete the work.

I cannot say enough good things about Doug and 1-2-3 Home Theater. My project consisted of mounting a preexisting Home Theater In the Box system into a already-finished lower level. There is no basement or attic to route speaker cables through, and to make matters worse, there is a fireplace with odd columns, PLUS an open walkway leading to a patio door in the room. So basically, worse-case-scenario. I acquired four bids for this project. One said it would be a very tough job but doable. He quoted me just under $2500. Another said I should abandon the speaker wires altogether and purchase a new wireless system, to the tune of $3000 - not including install. A third bid scratched his head, said, "I need a beer" and left without ever giving me a bid for the project. Then Doug came and saw it. He also echoed some other contractors that said it would be a difficult job but he was confident that he could find a way to make it work. It was nice bonus that his bid also came in at a reasonable price too! The day of the install, I was confident that Doug could do that job, but also very nervous that things could go very wrong because of the hesitation that came from the other installers. The job was not without issues that come up, but Doug informed me every step of the way and presented me with options on how to get around those issues. So, with three separate trips out for supplies and tools between the two of us, the job was completed to my great satisfaction. I don't know how he did it all by himself but I can tell you that the job would have taken 100x longer if I attempted to do it myself. My advice to you is to call Doug and 1-2-3 Home Theater. No other estimates are necessary.

Doug had installed a rooftop antenna earlier in the year and it had worked great up until recently. I wasn't getting great reception on a couple of channels and nothing had really changed except for the weather. Doug came out and did some troubleshooting and determined the antenna should be replaced. He returned and replaced the antenna and now all of the channels come in with great reception. Great customer service and great to know that he backs up his work. Would recommend!

Doug did a great job with wiring my main level speakers. He is prompt and well informed. Will hire him to do my basement home theater.

Great! I am not a technical person, so he did it all for me including emailing specific TV suggestions that would work well for our space, to setting up my new Netflix account. Then walked me through how to use all of it. Will use him again!

I am a cord cutter and had been using small, window-mounted antennas to get local channels. When we moved to our new house the window mounts weren't working great so we decided to get a rooftop antenna installed. I called to get an estimate and Doug came out to take a look at my house and setup and provided an accurate estimate. We scheduled the work to be done the following week. The antenna is not too big and I barely notice it on the backside of my roof. He ran cable lines to areas of the house that didn't previously have lines and had to get creative with a couple of the placements. It took almost 4 hours for all of the work to be completed. He cleaned up all of the small messes running the new lines made. So far we've gotten great reception on all of the TVs and are happy with the work.

The system has never worked properly. When we requested he come back to look at the system he wouldn't return our phone calls or emails. After repeated attempts we called another service provider. He was supposed to warranty the system for one year. We also found out his license had expired.

Extremely diligent and worked far in excess of estimated hours at no extra charge. Doug strives to work out every detail and will not quit until they are. He also has excellent follow up service. Very good feeling of a one-to-one relationship that is often mising with larger suppliers (Best Buy Geek Squad for example). Doug was very prompt and assessed our situation. He gave us several options and researched the equipment. He also gave us the option to research and purchase missing components ourselves or allow him to do same. His prices were competitive and we purchased the components from him.

The Idea was for me to have a whole house audio and distributed video. Doug and his crew of Installers did the job well. Pros- Very prompt for the initial appointment, Doug worked on a per hour basis, I'm very hesitant to engage anyone based on per hour basis, but still decided to go with Doug as he was willing to work at 1/2 the hourly rate for any additional hours if the actual time exceeded his estimate. He is willing to work with you, we made a few changes to our requirement, added rooms, yet he worked with energy and enthusisasm Doug was very flexible and was willing to work in the evenings and weekends as the project got delayed because one of his installers fell ill / other commitments. Cons- The job was to have been completed within 3 days unfortunately because of his Installers illness and other commitments it stretched to over 2 weeks. I will definitely use Doug again as he did a very good install job.

Poor. From price to install to follow-up, the entire job was far less than desirable.

I was referred by a friend. They are awesome. They were professional, nice and super affordable. I highly recommend them. The guy came to the house three times before the installation to discuss the situation and reassured me on how it was going to work. He also came out the go through the remote controls. They took their shoes off when they came in and I didn't even have to ask them to do so. They were awesome.
