Total waste of time, very shady operation and the WORST customer service by far I have ever had to deal with - WORST. I have a home in Silver City, NM and called a number listed as local in Silver City, NM and was routed to a number in AZ. When the lady answered I questioned where she was located and she said this was the main number for Liberty Garage Door and Gate Repair (there is 8 different locations across the nation) and she makes the appointments for them all. I explained that it was an emergency and the lady made me an appointment two days out on WED. I told her I was suppose to go out of town on Wed but would cancel my appointments so I could be there for the appointment she made and again I stressed this was an emergency. She assured me their technician would be the on Wed afternoon between 12:00 and 2:00. I called her back on TUE to verify the appointment which she did. I waited on WED and no one showed up so at 2:05 I called the lady and asked when the tech would be there she put me on hold when she came back she said the tech would call me with an update. I waited 30 minutes and called back to make sure she had the right telephone number and again asked when the tech would be there, she again put me on hold and came back and said the tech would call me right back. I waited another 15 minutes called back and said I have not received a call back from the tech. She again put me on hold, same routine as before, this time I asked her if the tech was going to come out or not, she again said she would have him call me to no avail. A few minutes later I received a call from some other lady who seemed surprised that I had an appointment at all and said the tech was busy somewhere else but she would call him, she said she had no idea if he was coming to this appointment or not. At this point I called the other lady back in AZ (scheduler) and instead of answering my phone call she would just pick it up and hang it back up on me, I called 8 times, I assume she had caller ID. I use my other cell phone and she answered and I told her how unacceptable this whole situation was and she promptly hung up on me again. I understand that things happen but my time is worth allot. This person has no customer service skills at all and totally wasted my time. All the tech had to do if he was not going to be able to come out was call and let someone know what was going on. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
