Premier Drain

Hani is the nicest person and best plumber you could ask for. When every pipe in my house froze, he came over and fixed everything. We both expected the worst, but he carefully fixed the one area where water was coming from and then checked every pipe in the house to make sure there were no other problems. (Unbelievably, no pipes burst!) Hani easily could have told me I needed thousands of dollars of repairs done and I would have believed him. He was honest, though, and just fixed what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was the fourth of July, we were getting ready to have family over for the holiday, and our basement flooded, water every where. We knew this was going to take an entire day to find the problem and clean up the mess. I had received Hani's card from a friend who used his services a month earlier. I called him at 10 am, by 11:30 am he had arrived and was working on the main drain. We could not believe how many tree roots we pulled out of the main drain. He hosed down everything that came out of the drain and cleaned up what he could. He was very polite and wanted to make sure our kids did not go down stair before we bleached the area. He then took ten more minutes to put a washer in my leaky laundry tub faucet. I would recommend him to friends and family anytime. Before Hani left, he instructed us on the value of a yearly whole house clean-out and how it prevents back-ups from happening. Being that it was a holiday we could have been charged extra. We could have called a big name plumbing company and spent at least $440. easy for only one drain. We saved at least $300. using Premier Drain. We were incredibly satisfied with his service. Thanks for saving our holiday!!!!

Hani Hanna was able to come within an hour of when I first called him. He was friendly and helpful and he did not charge me for the call. I will definitely call him when I need more plumbing work.

I came home and found my basement flooded. I used over 10 bath towels trying to mop it up, and couldn't handle it myself. Injured hand, sick kid, no groceries. Ugh. SMH. Hani came at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and saved me from a stressful stinky weekend. Turns out my tampons had clogged the drain. !! Gross for both of us to learn that. But Hani was polite, appropriate and understanding. And I know I saved at least $70 compared to the other guys, or the people who wanted to consider a Friday at 4 pm "emergency services." I have recommended Hani to my neighbors and they were pleased with his work too. I know I am getting a great deal and great service with Hani.
