Hired Greg to fix my carpet after water damage this spring, which he did very quickly after the first consultation, and now I have him signed up to spruce up my deck. He checks off several of my summer projects and so far, I have been extremely delighted with the work. The carpet job looks fantastic!

He was quick to contact me and schedule a meeting to discuss the job. I had two wood decks badly in need of attention. When we met I sensed him to be extremely knowledgeable in this area, and he clearly defined what needed to be done. I had done some due diligence on my end regarding price prior to our meeting. After discussing with him what needed to be done to get my decks in good standing, I felt that his price to be very fair. He speaks in a very straight forward simple, nonsense friendly manner. He explains what needs to be done and does what he says. He pays very close attention to detail does not take short cuts. I am very satisfied with the time frame it took for the decks to be completed. I feel very confident in his skill set and conclude he is a perfectionist. I now have two very beautiful decks that I am very happy with and have the entire summer to enjoy them. I would not hesitate to hire him again. THANK YOU!

The contractor was not clear on the price, and when given other quotes ($70-200) for the work with other companies. I asked about the cost, he stated it was a small job and it wouldn't take him long, they thought he'd be done in an hour. When we were billed, I was not present, so my husband wrote the check assuming we had agreed upon the price. I attempted to contact him and he didn't get back to me, that was last week. I received an email later on. I heard back today,he was unwilling to adjust the cost. So I highly Recommend getting a quote in writing before starting the job. Which was my mistake, I just assumed it would be in the range of the other contractors. I chose him because he was able to come the next day.

Very trustworthy, dependable, and friendly. He returned our calls in a very timely manner. He does a very thorough job paying very close attention to detail. One of the best people we have ever hired.

Wow, how can I rate Greg and Mikre Cleaning any higher!?!? Greg was super punctual and called me within minutes of the request I sent on Home Advisor. We talked for less than than 4 mins, and he was at our house that same night for a free estimate and was even able to fix it that same night so we didn t have to try and figure out something that worked for our kids and our schedule. We had Greg work on a simple carpet stretch but I ll assure you that it won t be the last time we hire Mikre Cleaning!!

Greg fit me into his busy schedule the day I contacted him and I was amazed at his work! He cleaned up the marble tile floor in my bathroom quickly and the results are spectacular. I will absolutely hire him again for more projects!
