Greg kept me informed from the moment he got my request for an appointment to its completion. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding the work I made the appointment for, as well as other potential future work. He also provided recommendations to locations to purchase carpet.

Communicative through the whole process. A person you can trust to come into your home. Did a good job - timely - explained everything. I would have him back for future projects.

I had some bacon grease stains on the carpeting that another carpet cleaner could not remove so I thought I'd have to replace a patch of carpeting. Greg explained that he COULD remove the stains - and did. He could have done what I asked and it would have cost me more and the carpet would not have looked as good (because of the seams). He did a great job and almost as important, he's an honest guy.
