Description of Work: Put up a plate rack, he's put in 6 Marvin windows, 2 exterior doors, and rebuilt my redwood back porch. He also did my basement remodel.

+ -1 moreFabulous! Joe has done many jobs for us over the past 5 years or so. He is alway professional, listens to my needs respects my opinions. He is conscientious of the budget and works within it, or when necessary he negotiates the cost of added scope changes. He is clear when explaining outcomes based on changes. He always discusses details and is attentive to making his work meticulous. He leaves the worksite spotless. Other jobs he has done for us include, stair banister and wrought iron and wood railings, bathroom trim and custom cabinets, exterior fencing, and bringing our 100 year-old house up to code with stair repair. You will find him easy to work with and approachable with new ideas.
Description of Work: Replaced painted floor trim in livingroom with maple.
