Grant came out the next day to do a free estimate. He did the camera work and then explained what needed to be with the cost. They came out a week later to put a liner in our sewer. They were very nice and explained what they were going to do. They were finished in about eight hours.

Grant, the rep - was cordial, knowledgeable, prompt: came out the next day after filling out the form. Scheduled the main sewer line repair for the next week. Their work team ran into issues that took an extra 1.5 days to repair and extra equipment, but all included in the estimate! Great workers with whom I talked a number of times and explained to me what was going on and the issues involved. ASAP gave an estimate that was over $2K less than Rotor-Rooter. Although this is probably what comes with the territory, my only complaint was all the small rocks that were spread throughout my yard afterwards - good grief, this is going to be a process to repair what was a perfect yard. It would have been nice if they guys had spent just one more hour cleaning up the yard. I've already recommended them to others!

They responded in a timely manner and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were able to come out and repair the line faster than I had expected. I checked with other competitors and found that ASAP Underground to be slightly better. As this was the first time hiring for a project like this, I was a little confused on the process and where they were at with the progress reporting. Would have been nice to know more details and timing, but very pleased that it is all completed.

They called me right after I filled out the form online and came out the next day for a free inspection and quote. They were very clear with what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it. They scheduled the repair for the following day, and their crew came out and did the job. They were all friendly and helpful. My project was expensive, but they offered a competing price, so I chose them. Highly recommend!

Fast and reliable.

I called them for a main line sewer repair and they came out right away to give me a quote. Although it wasn't an emergency, It was a very tight time window. They gave me a competitive quote and took care of it right away within 72 hours. They organized all the permits, traffic control, everything. It was major excavation down 9 feet to replace 14 feet of my main sewer line. Their crew worked efficiently, the work approved right away by the city inspector. They had to cut back an oak tree branch and even took the tree debris with them when they left. I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

Timely and good service

Friendly and informative. I knew what they were doing, how long it would take, and they did what they said. Kept tree trimming to a minimum and were great with the neighbor kids who were curious about the work and equipment.

Eric and his team were personable, professional, and prompt. They always showed up on time and the work always showed attention to detail. We had a major sewer line project and everyone was very patient as we had many questions. They did a GREAT job! I would not hesitate to hire them for any major excavation or repair. These guys are GOOD!

A sewer line broke underneath the concrete in our basement. ASAP came out and located the exact spot it was broken at and explained what needed to be done. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

These guys were fantastic! They explained the issues every step along the way. Jarod was clear and helpful. When it was discovered that it appeared the city caused the damage when a new hydrant was installed, workers waited for several hours for the water department to observe the damage. When Inspections were inexplicably delayed and they needed to be pulled off the job, Dan stayed behind for many hours. He was intelligent and articulate explaining to us and in successfully pleading our case to the city. I wish I could give them higher than an A rating.

Horrendous. Eric, the sales guy, is the best. Absolutely HORRENDOUS communication by their execution team. Delay after delay after delay. Commitments to dates for service were missed time and time again. A one day job done within the week turned into 5 weeks and who knows what the actual status of the repair is! Unbelievable. We spent several hours clearing out a storage room in the basement so they could dig from inside the house to repair the line, based on what Eric said needed to be done. Guys showed up a few weeks later after delay after delay after delay and decided they wanted to dig someplace else. Then, they left after only 45 minutes on the first day because they said they did not have the right equipment to properly clear the line, even though clearing the line was the 1st item on the bid. What a dog and pony show. The workers were all friendly but based on the events that happened, I am not sure any of them could be classified as competent. The main problem with their work appears to have been that they did not properly measure the new liner they were going to shoot through the existing pipes. What they cut and shot through the line was several feet too long. When their lining reached the main sewer line it simply fell down into the mainline and pinched off our flow. The new liner hardens up like a rock, which is actually quite beneficial for the pipe. However, when there are several feet TOO much, it causes quite a problem. I have not seen any of them or heard from any of them in a week now. There are still their drop cloths, 3 buckets of dirt, soiled gloves, and old pipe laying in my basement. An 8; X 4 area of grass is wiped out. There is a clean-out section of bright white PVC sticking up 15 inches, awkwardly angled in my front yard where they dug up outside between the street and the sidewalk, something that I believe is illegal. A 6 X 10 foot area of dirt and mud surrounds the exposed PVC. Who knows how the saga will end. Great Salesman. Horrible communication respective to execution. Based on the problem after problem after problem, one has to question the teams ability to execute. To see the pipe connection they made in my basement actually leaking the first evening was also not very exciting. How hard is it to connect two pipes in a way that does not leak. The thought of sewage water leaking into my basement was something my wife freaked out about. My goodness. Everyone was nice enough, but just lacked basic communication skills, and apparently execution skills. If I could attach pictures to this review, I would. Not happy.

I was contacted immediately after submitting my request to them. They ended up coming out twice within 4 days of posting for work, and tended to a different problem from the one requested. Speedy, friendly, and trustworthy! Will definitely look to them for any future plumbing needs!

Not the cheapest, but know their work, are efficient, courteous. They do it right the first time.

Expensive to repair.

They did a great job with a sewer line spot repair. Quick to excavate and repair the line and explained the whole process upfront. Would recommend.

Follow up wasn t what I expected. Promised a last minute view of the sewer line from inside before the weekend this was Friday evening. They were a no show no call. Still haven t heard from them.
