Great job, solid product (gutter guards) with nice warranty, and very reasonable price. Everything looks nice, and the whole process took just a few days from estimate to completion (actual work was less than half a day).

We put in an inquiry on a Sunday morning and got a call just a couple hours later. Two days after that we had someone here for a quote. Once custom color materials came in they were here for installation. They had excellent communication and the crew was fabulous as well. Our job was kind of a tricky being an 80 ft pole barn with additional 64 ft barn but everything looks great!

Last fall I had the Brothers That Just Do Gutters come quote putting gutters on my house. The quote seemed reasonable, so i hired them. When the installers came out, they asked why i was having gutters put over the small roof section over the back door of my house. they explained that i didnt need that part, and talked me out of it. The rest of the install went on, and I'm happy with the rest of the gutters. I was refunded for the gutters that were not put over the door (i had prepaid), All seemed good. Then we got a little snow. As the snow melted from that little piece of roof over the back door, there was a curtain of drips that i had to walk through to get in/out of the door. It also hit the deck and splashed on the slider. The same happened when it rained. There was also a portion on the front of my house that i wanted gutter added to because when the rain/snow melt ran off it hit the roof below making quite a bit of noise. I called the Brothers, to get an estimate for adding these. I explained the situation and I was told that this is normally "under their minimum" but since I shouldn't have been talked out of the gutter on the back, and they take care of their customers, they would quote it and make it right. I have a neighbor who also wanted a couple small gutters added, so i was coordinating to have them do that at the same time to make it more worth their while. They sent someone out to quote. Again I thought all is well. But I never got the quote. It went on for over a month of me contacting them and being told "oh the quote didn't go out? I'm not sure what's wrong, ill get it out tonight" I finally gave up, and ill have to find someone else to finish the job they, I guess, just don't want to bother doing. If they didn't want to do it they should have just said it instead of wasting my time. The gutters that were installed seem fine, but the customer service is horrible, and I'm left with a half finished job. I imagine getting them out to do any kind of warranty work would be a pain as well. EDIT: After leaving reviews the owner of the franchise got in contact with me. He had no explanation for why the quote never went out, but finally sent a quote. It was more than i was expecting but i wanted to just get it done with something that matched my original gutters, so i bit the bullet and paid it. They came out to install the additional gutters in a reasonable time. The install was done with the wrong downspout type (i had paid for the upgraded downspouts to match what i had them put on previously, they installed the cheaper option), and the install looked bad (downspout mounts looked like they were hacked together, jagged edges, etc.) I contacted the owner again, with pictures. He confirmed the wrong downspouts were accidentally used, and scheduled someone to come replace them. This final install looks good. Im finally done with this company!

Unethical. Unprofessional. A complete disappointment. I bought my house in 2021, and whoever installed my gutters prior to that installed the gutters incorrectly. This made itself quite evident this past spring when all the Minnesota snow was melting along with a couple of rain showers. Water was finding a way in between the drip edge and the gutter itself, causing water to flow down my fascia and into the landscaping below, ultimately causing some water to get into my basement. I first reached out to Brothers Gutters on April 2, 2023. I got a technician to come out and take a look at my current system. Chris hopped up on his ladder, took one look at the system, and said that it had been installed incorrectly. The gutter was attached on the outside of the drip edge or gutter apron. Chris gave me two options. I could reuse my current system and rehang the gutters properly. This option came with no warranty and cost roughly $1200. The other option was to get a whole new system. New gutters, hangers, gutter apron, etc. with a warranty for roughly $2000. I ended up going with the new system with a warranty (and thank God I did). They ended up coming out on April 11th to perform the work. I was initially pleased, but soon found out what poor work was actually performed. A couple days later, it rained. I was curious to see if the issue had been resolved, so I went outside, and to my surprise, water was still flowing in between my fascia and gutter, right into my landscaping. It was like they had not even been there. I waited until the next day to hop up on my ladder and check out the work. As soon as I got up there, I noticed they did not install the gutter apron that I was shown during the quote. It was clearly a reused piece that was part of the original system. After looking at the invoice, they charged me for material that was never used. I reached out via email on April 15th, notifying them of the missing material that I was charged for and the fact that the gutters are still leaking (the sole reason why I ended up getting new gutters in the first place). I called the local office on April 18th. Nigel said that he was "meaning to call me right." He said that the reason his crew did not install the gutter apron was because my shingles were stuck down too hard to the part of my roof, and the crew did not want to damage my shingles. That makes sense, and I appreciated them not damaging my roof. However, it does not explain why I still got charged for material that was never used or installed. Also, the fact that I was never notified that the material was never installed and I was the one who needed to actually go up on my roof to find out is extremely unprofessional and pretty unethical. I reasoned with Nigel and said I would get up on the roof and pry up the shingles so they could get someone out to install the material that I paid for. I pried up all the shingles and let them know the gutter apron was ready to be installed. After multiple phone calls and scheduling that never took place after they said they would have someone out, They finally sent someone out to take a look (May 11th, ish). The new crew went to install the gutter apron and said that they could not do it because there was material that the original crew should have removed. Nigel said that they would have someone else come out and remove the old material and install the new gutter apron. Flash forward to May 22nd. Nigel sent out one of his "top guys. This new "top" and most experienced guy called me while at work and said that I already had a gutter apron installed and that the original crew must have rehung the gutters. I left work to meet him at my home to show him videos and pictures of the issues I am still having after the new installation. He agreed that water definitely should not be flowing in between my gutter and fascia. He got up on his.

We had a gutter that wasnâ t draining properly. They gave us a few different options to correct the problem and let us pick the option that we like best. We had a good rainstorm the next day and everything drained perfectly and new downspout worked great!
