Maria returns phone calls quickly and is organized and flexible. The price she quoted to clean our house was half that quoted by another company which had not been doing a great job for us. Highly professional and very pleasant to deal with.

I thought they did a great job and they were reasonable price as well.

I called Sparkle Cleaning around end of May 2007, as I needed a cleaning of my house done in a short notice for a large gathering coming up at my house. The lady I spoke with was friendly and very accommodating. She came first on Thursday to see the house size and type of work and gave me an estimate of $120. She fit it in her schedule to do the cleaning on Friday at 8 AM. They were on time and did a fantastic job. The lady also called following the cleaning to ask how I liked their job and I had only one complaint that they didn't clean kitchen cabinet doors or the range hood cover, which I hadn't specifically asked them to, but rather expected that they'd do. So the next time they cleaned even the cabinet doors. They have (two women) been coming every other Friday to clean the house and charge me $120 each time, which was agreed on. I am very satisfied with their cleaning job and the cost of each cleaning.

Fine. Not exceptional, just fine.

Never had a chance to find out as this person did not follow through on anything.

I called Maria on Wednesday to see if she could clean that Friday. Much to my surprise she was able to accommodate my request. She brought along 2 helpers and was able to clean our 4700 sq. ft. rambler in 3 hours. They did a very good job and I have now scheduled Maria and her team to clean every two weeks.

Maria has cleaned my house twice now and I have been very pleased with the results. From my first call to Maria through this second cleaning, everything has gone very well. I'd certainly recommend her services to others.

I found the number on Angie's list and e-mailed a few questions to see if my house would be appropriate for their business. I heard back by e-mail the next day and called. That weekend Marya came over to see the house and make an estimate. She then cleaned the house yesterday for the first time and did an excellent job. She even called today to make sure that we were satisfied. She is scheduled again in 2 weeks.

Everything is really clean. The cooktop hasn't looked this good since the day it was installed. The master bath shower took a lot of scrubbing, but all the mold is now gone.

Maria was very pleasant and professional. She answered her messages in a timely manner and showed up on time for both her estimate and appointed time for cleaning. She did a thorough job and was even able to remove some marks that I hadn't been able to get up. I would recommend Maria to anyone looking for a reliable person to clean for a very reasonable price.

Mother and daughter team, seems excellent so far. They are very thorough and careful with our house. VERY pleased. I just let go another cleaning service because: they did not speak English and rushed through house. They were very expensive for the fast once over that was done. I finally let them go after I saw one of the workers banging the vacuum around on a wood floor and into my furniture. I was horrified and called the office and reported it. They admitted there was no excuse for that behavior and apologized. I called and left a message later to cancel their service, they did not reply. I guess they assumed that was coming.

They were wonderful. Everything was spotless. They cleaned just like I clean, which was nice. I don't have any doubts to bring them back again.

I was so impressed upon coming home. Things were cleaned better than I've ever seen them before. She was extremely thorough and even called me later in the evening to make sure my expectations were met. I'll be using this company on a regular basis.

She was very pleasant. I just let them do the work and did not explain what needed to be cleaned. They were very thorough with vacuuming. I was a little disappointed that some of the dusting on things was not done but everything else was fine. They were reasonably priced.

They were very professional. They do top quality work. These folks provide excellent service at a fair price. I will definitely use their services again.

She is fast and thorough. The house was seriously in need of cleaning w/o a reg cleaning lady. I performed the pick up and put away ahead of her for 3 and 1/2 hours so I had opportunity to observe. She was respectful of my home, got things cleaned I couldn't seem to get clean or never get around to, pleasant, talked to me and yet never was distracted. I hired her on the fly from a single recommendation from Angie's list.

They are detailed and give excellent results.

MARIA DOES A FANTASTIC JOB! SHE IS VERY THOROUGH AND VERY RELIABLE. SHE IS ALSO VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WILL DO SPECIAL PROJECTS AS REQUESTED (FOR EXAMPLE, CLEANING THE OUTSIDE PORCH, OR CLEANING OUT THE REFRIGERATOR). I HAVE EMPLOYED SEVERAL HOUSE CLEANERS, AND MARIA IS THE BEST!
