We had Simstone replace an existing 3 car garage floor. The first day, they removed the floor and prepped it for a new pour. At the same time they removed an 8 ft.apron area of the driveway as well as an existing side walk leading to my front steps. They also set up forms for an overlay of the front step. The next day they poured the garage floor and front step. They came back on the 3rd day and did the apron and side walk. They were fast and efficient. The job they did looks great. They were all very personable and courteous. They cleaned up the entire area where they worked. Would definitely recommend them.

Initial work seemed very good, however within 6 months, large cracks began to spread throughout the new concrete. Contacted the company, and they said cracking is normal and would not address it. had it evaluated by another concrete contractor who said the work was not done correctly. Expansion joints were not put in where they should have been which forced the concrete to crack as it expanded and contracted with changes in weather. Ultimately had to hire an attorney to address this. They then agreed to re-do all work, however did not follow through. Currently going to court to have a judgement placed against them.

Work was completed in June/July 2017. By this December, both the patio and garage floor were cracking and cracks continued to spread. When asked them to come out, I got a document sent to me telling me that concrete cracks and you should expect it. The new concrete now looks worse than what was there before.

While the end product is OK, they definitely were not careful about anything. I have multiple lawn objects broken. When I spoke to the workers, one told me he was not sure why he was here since he has not done concrete work in over 10 years. Their concrete truck drove over my lawn rather than going down the alley, causing quite a bit of damage to the lawn. My air conditioner unit was lifted/moved by them and now I have to have that checked for operation. The man they sent to do the cuts in the concrete at the end told me he would not cut it the way they wanted him to and he has over 10 years of concrete experience. I asked him how he would do it instead and decided that he should do it his way, not how they wanted it. He did so at my request. Definitely not a company I would recommend or hire again.

They did a great job

Great! The patio looks amazing and they were really nice and easy to deal with.

The estimate was in our budget range and included a narrow sidewalk to our back fence gate. Total square footage was just under 500 square feet which made a nice front patio area. The workmanship was top notch and we have had many compliments from neighbors and friends.

.Simstone did get ,project completed but I had to call them after 30 days had passed to get them out for my job. They then called 2 days early to start the work. Their workmen were competent but the foreman was not particularly helpful on assuring me the class 5 limestone bed was going to be prepared properly. Their cleanup particularly around the yard and retaining walls could have been better. The color match between the new and existing conctrete will take some time to fade but that may have happened with any contractor.

They were a referral from our friends who actually use them as well. They were quick to respond to my call and they gave us a good reasonable quote and they came recommended. I would use them again in the future.

He gave me the quickest response was by far the most competitively priced. He showed up on time and was nice to talk to and answered all of my many questions. The finish looks great! Easy to work with and did what he said for the price he quoted. Very happy to have found him!

Initial estimate was for the concrete tear out only. Emailed Ross for a side visit. He came the same day. Quoted $1700 ($1200 for 4 inch). After the tear out was done, I asked him to quote the class five preparation. We agreed on $1350 and the work was done the next day. Everything was done on time. He left the work side and street clean. Everything is ready for me to put the pavers down. Very nice to work with. Good job.

Ross was very up-front with the estimate and called back while we were getting other estimates. Once we gave the go-ahead, he quickly worked us in for the one day job. The finish was done very well and they managed to avoid damaging recently placed landscaping and plantings. I am quite satisfied with the results and will use them again for concrete work.

Very punctual, professional, and helpful. Bid was higher than other estimates so I did not use.

ROSS AND HIS CREW OF THREE WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME A BID AND TWO DAYS LATER POURED THE CONCRETE SINCE HE WAS ALREADY WORKING IN THE AREA. JOB WAS THOROUGH, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE STAMPED CONCRETE LOOKS GREAT! THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO EVEN DO SOME EXTRA LANDSCAPING FOR ME AS LONG AS I PROVIDED THE PLANTS. WITHOUT HESITATION, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
