Description of Work: The appraiser came out and we were very pleased with his bid and his knowledge of black top and what we needed. But with 3 calls back from us and only one return call from the company and his failure to move forward with a commitment, as well as him telling us that he would get back with us in spring; we decided not to go with this company. We still need bids and the work to be done for this spring.
