No one showed up to do the work discussed.

The work they provided was excellent. They gave me as much time as I needed to install my retaining wall. I was there the entire time they installed the new blacktop and their work, quality, materials and performance was some of the best I have ever seen. They were very easy to work with and cleaned up nicely before they left. I would definitely recommend them to others and would surely do business with them in the future.

He knew what he was doing. He was personable and did good work.

EMailed thru Angie 8/9, got voice message same day. Called back and left him message 8/11. No word/callback so I emailed thru Angie's again on 8/13. Its now 8/17 and still no calls so I gave up. If the response to my estimate is any indication of what to expect, I wouldnt use these folks.

When I got home tonight, I was really shocked at how nice of a job these guys did. I've had other seal coats from other contractors over the years and honestly, none have ever looked this good! Other contractors simply sprayed or painted some nice shiny paint on the driveway and it still looked quite rough, but not with the work at JBT Blacktopping. It was smooth and literally looked like a new driveway. The work exceeded my expectations and the cleanup was spotless. A job really well done. thank you JBT. I own rental properties and to find a quality contractor is gold for me and I will use them over and over, if they do an exceptional job at a fair price. Mike Jones was so service oriented and motivated to please me, that he actually said this job was on the house! He said, this job was a "freebie", but I know he wants future business and I will absolutely tell my neighbors, friends and hope anyone on Angie's List that is in the market for a seal coat or driveway will at least contact JBT for a quote. I insisted on sending him a check for this job, but he absolutely insisted this job was on the house and no charge of any kind.. All I can see is that his gesture will come back to him 100 times over, as hopefully others on Angie's List will read my report and use the firm. How many firms would do something like this? Not many, but with a commitment to service and satisfaction, and customer service, JBT should be on everyone's radar. Mike told me that Angie's List is important to him and it sounds like it has brought him a lot of business and with the type of work they do, they certainy deserve it. I will absolutely, positively, hire JBT over and over again.

Excellent experience. Returned calls promptly. Showed up when they said they would. Very careful, thorough hand work to repair extensive damage done by snow removal contractor. Three top coats and the driveway looks good as new. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. Driveway looks like new and I would hire them again.

The end result was great. I received 3 estimates and this was the best one of the group (although I don't always choose the lowest estimate). The work was completed flawlessly and in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the result

This company must have more work than they can handle because they failed to return two seperate telephone calls. So wouldn't recommend them, they might be busy but it shows professionalism to at least return a phone call.

The company was prompt, professional and cleaned up the site after they were done.

It was perfect service. He came out and did the estimate and he removed the old one and replaced it with a new one. He did quality work. He was efficient and fast.

They would not call me back.

Perfect! Talk about stupendous customer service, Mr. Jones was efficient, courteous and most importantly honest. In addition, his pricing was fair.

Mitch and Mike were very responsive and easy to get hold of. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They worked hard to make sure my new driveway was perfect in every way from the look to cleaning up after the fact. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

MIKE WAS VERY FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE DRIVEWAY AND HELPFUL IN SUGGESTING A POTENTIAL METHOD FOR SAVING $1000 TO SOLVE MY DRIVEWAY PROBLEMS. THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS VERY NICE. WE'LL SEE HOW IT HOLDS UP. WORK DIDN'T QUITE MATCH UP WITH THE ORIGINAL PLANS DUE TO SOME LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON THE PART OF BOTH PARTIES.
