Description of Work: Nothing. We asked Groom there Room to come out to give us a quote to strip wallpaper off the walls and ceiling of our dining room. He was quick to come out, promised us a quote and we never heard back from him. Poor. If he didn't want to do the work, he should have been professional enough to call us and let us know.

+ 0 moreExcellent! We had an electrician wire our master bedroom for a light and ceiling fan (cathedral ceiling) and 2 other bedrooms. We had a 2.5 x 2.5 foot hole in the ceiling which needed insulation and drywall repair. Pat was recommended by a friend and his estimate was the lowest of 4 that we received. He did a beautiful job with the ceiling; the texture and color match perfectly. We wanted to paint the rooms on our main floor (kitchen, living rooms, and entry, hallway) but the drywall needed repair throughout these rooms (tape and nail pops, cracks in walls). Pat made the repairs and skim coated where needed. After Pat started the job, I started removing wall paper from the kitchen and realized the poor condition of the walls so he also removed the wall paper I couldn't get to and made repairs and skim coated the kitchen walls. He was very professional, punctual, personable, and his price was very reasonable
Description of Work: Drywall repair to cathedral ceiling (approximately 2.5 foot by 2.5 foot hole) where a ceiling fan was wired/mounted. Patched and insulated hole in ceiling, textured and painted to match the existing ceiling. Repaired ceiling tape pop. Repaired tape and nail pops in drywall and skim coated where needed.
