They were great to work with, solved all our problems, and recommended cost-effective improvements we were looking for.

Finch is NOT your home solution I pushed my appointment out and they still can't show up during the time I'm available. They claim it's due to other appointments and the weather. Fist day of snow and it's going to be a long winter. Also customers should not have to worry about other people's problems. Suggest you find a different solution. The owner of the company told me he doesn't care about my security cameras or other electrical issues I have here because he has old ladies without heat. So other people's problems become your problem if your a Finch customer. The owner doesn't care.

As a new homeowner I feel like I have been put through the ringer to try and find companies (large or small) who are honest, fair, responsive, and helpful. Iâ m so glad I found Finch Home Solutions! Cody the owner came to my home to replace a couple of outdoor outlets that were old and the plug had to be â just rightâ to have anything work. He also replaced an outlet in the bathroom that was clicking when specific items were plugged in. While here he did an examination of my electric panel and didnâ t try to upsell me to replace it now, even though it is a bit older but in great shape. I had Finch Home Solutions come out a second time and given we had a large storm the night before they had an emergency call to attend to the morning of my appointment. The office made sure to call me to let me know what was happening, when to expect my appointment to take place, and offered to move it if needed. I appreciated the thorough communication to keep me in the loop. When Drew & Cullen arrived they were both friendly, prompt to find the issue, and even helped weigh in/provide feedback on some light fixtures Iâ d like to eventually replace. Iâ ve already recommended this company to a few of my friends who are new homeowners as we all seem to be struggling to find reliable and helpful folks to make upgrades in our homes. Definitely recommend Finch Home Solutions and theyâ ll be my go-to for all electrical work needed in the future.

Excellent communication, knowledgeable, friendly and professional On initial visit not only did Cody provide us with different options with thorough easy to understand explanations, he brought to our attention a situation that would need addressing when we sold our home in the near future that would have been caught by a home inspection. We were able to include that in the job Even with some appointment timing glitches, we were always kept informed by phone and text message. As consumers we were never in the dark. We always knew what was going on. Work was completed as promised with no hidden charges and everything worked perfectly first time around. Would highly recommend.
