Rivers Edge Plumbing and Well Service

Five stars all the way. Our pump went out last evening and we left a message on Matt's cell. He texted and noted he would be in out the morning. He came out and replaced the pump within hours. Matt is very knowledgeable, has the patience of a saint and so kind. I called two other local well guys and still no call back. Hands down Rivers Edge is the best! Don't go with anyone else! Talk about customer service!

Highly recommend! My well pump went out and Matt was at my house with in one hour to fix it. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was just me and my 3 babies home and 8pm at night and I felt completely comfortable with him in my home. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding. I will call him every time I need help with my well. Thank you again!

Called Matt on a Friday late afternoon and he was able to come out Saturday morning. He arrived about 30 mins later then schedule but quickly agreed that the issue was likely in the well as the water line to the house was only about 5-7 yrs old. He was able to pull everything out of the well, replace the pump, replace the corroded riser piping, clean the well of which it was extremely dirty, & put the whole system back together in about 2 hours. After testing the system everything was back to normal and we have had no issues with the well since. Ultimately the pump and riser pipes would not hold any water and it was leaking out due to corrosion and/or a failed pump. He was also great with the our kids as they are all young and very curious as to what he was doing.

Our regular plumber doesn't handle well repairs which left us uncertain who to call. There are not many plumbers in the Twin Cities that still work on wells, and none came up on Angie's List either, so we went with Google. Matt at River's Edge came out and did a great job. He was very thorough, trying various solutions to see if we could remedy the problem as inexpensively as possible before having to take the plunge, literally and figuratively, to dig up the well head, pull the pump, get the necessary fittings and parts and then work through the rain for two days to get us back up and our water systems online. He was upfront about his pricing and very clear about explaining where he thought the problems were occurring and how he was going to do the repair. He also put in some long days. I would certainly recommend River's Edge for any well work you may need done.
