+ -1 moreI couldn't believe how fast Scandia Contracting completed the job, which was a priority due to the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. Invoice came in at price quoted which as I said before was much lower than the other two quotes I had received.
Description of Work: We were in the middle of the sale of our house when the septic came back noncompliant. We needed to totally replace the existing system. I first contacted Dave when I was looking for a designer and although he doesn't do design work he was so nice and willing to answer my questions I knew I'd be calling him back when I had the design and needed a quote for the replacement. Scandia Contracting was not only the best quote but was able to get the job started sooner than anyone else.

+ 0 moreIt went great. The area was cleared well so that the building could be constructed. Septic seems to work great. They came back and did the final grading and I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: I need a wooded area cleared and a building site prepared. I also needed a septic system installed.
