+ -1 moreI contacted Landmark Surveying Inc to provide a bid to do a complex surveying job. They did not provide a bid as they did not want to do the job, they said it was to complex for them.

+ -1 moreWe just moved into a foreclosed house with 10+ acres. The boundaries were unclear, and a previous survey was wrong. Before we could plant trees or fences, we had to know where the boundaries are. Landmark Surveying sent 2 surveyors to find markers and research where the boundaries are. Joel researched our property at the courthouse, and walked the property multiple times with another surveyor. He took the time to explain his findings to us. We thought they did a very thorough job, and would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Corners and side boundaries were determined. The surveyor compared these with previous surveys and land records. Metal posts were placed at the 4 corners and at intervals on the long sides. We were provided with large maps of our lot and edges of other lots that adjoin ours. We were also provided with other documentation (deeds).
