Description of Work: The 2014 project started in November and was completed in December. This project was the remodeling of our basement. We were really in need of a facelift. This remodel replaced the 1975 wood paneling model. The upgrade replaced the wood paneling with sheetrock walls, the white tile ceiling with textured sheetrock, new carpeting and a custom tile built shower. Other items addressed in this remodel included: replacement of four basement windows, adding an egress window, removal of a water well (which we never used) new wash tub to replace the outdated cement tub (in the mechanical room), upgrade in lighting, HVAC update and new doors.
